Trump-Apollo Speaks tonight 7.16.26

Tonight Mr. Trump is said to deliver a speech at 9:00 pm EDT which may not be televised. If not easily accessible to viewers, no fret for we know we'll hear plenty about it later on. His usual grievances are expected to be repeated. He is, after all, 80 years old.

And yet there is something quite remarkable about 9:00 pm tonight in Washington DC for asteroid Apollo the "sun god" rises @29Leo32 - conjunct tonight's rising Moon and South Node, an echo of the Moon-SN conjunction in Mr. Trump's natal chart which suggests fluctuating popularity, and estrangement from Mama which causes problems with women as we've seen through the years (and lawsuits). Still, having a prominent Apollo in his chart tends to inspire hero-worship and he's certainly had that in his quiver, which also relates to his Sagittarian Moon under the influence of the Jupiter-ruled Zodiac sign of The Archer.

However, a curious factor is that tonight is basically an Apollo Return for Mr. Trump who was born (June 14, 1946 10:54 pm Queens, NY) with Apollo rising at his natal Ascendant (generally thought to be 29Leo55) conjunct fixed star Regulus and with his Mars @26Leo46. Therefore, he (ASC) is a Mars-Apollo figure, a born leader according to Apollo's resume. Of course, with testy Mars involved, belligerence and hot-headedness are prominent parts of the picture as well amounting to a leader with a bad ketchup-throwing temper. Perhaps his stated intention to speak of voter fraud tonight will raise his hackles, one of the fantasies he indulges in when it comes to elections and the losing of them. Of course, election fraud is the real problem, for bad policies that harm people are not easily voted for by a majority of us.

Then with Apollo in Astrology associated with healing, serpents, and Mercury's Caduceus, we could expect mentions of health matters, his own and/or the nation's in general. Perhaps he'll answer as to why take healthcare away from the American people which some folks assume is part of the GOP Project 2025 agenda to purge people out of existence. Well, he did forewarn everyone that he's a snake, but is he the healing kind?

Meanwhile, astrological Apollo relates to a multiplicity of realms and abilities such as solutions, answers, and cures. How many of us wait to hear any of these "cures" mentioned tonight depends upon whether his schtick has grown tiresome to our ears - or does his habit of overpromising sound good once again? Personally I won't hold my breath, will you?

Besides, a major renovation of his public image is needed before November elections - never mind his destructive "renovations" of Washington and the White House. His disastrous "improvement" of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool tells the sad tale for the Pool no longer reflects the Washington Monument in the As Above, So Below way our founders intended - symbolically linking the celestial above with the mundane below.

For when all celestial considerations are removed from mundane/profane politics and government, a nation can end up with something hideous and destructive like fascism and gangsterism.

From August New Moon to September 2025 Eclipses

Recently on SO'W we discussed A New Moon for Ghislaine @00Virgo which conjoined fixed star Regulus. As you can see in its Horoscope, the August 23, 2025 New Moon and royal Regulus were both apex of a crisis-laden YOD, a pattern that can contain health implications, a turning point, and/or a karmic opportunity. Turns out that after her discussion with Tr*mp lawyer Todd Blanche in July, Maxwell was relocated to a more comfy prison in Texas where she can freely roam.

Because fortunately for her, Maxwell's natal Uranus, planet of freedom and independence, was also apex of the two pairs of sextiled planets at the base of the August 23rd YOD: Saturn-Pluto and Neptune-Pluto. Thanks to Qatar's jet plane bribe to Grandpa T all over the news cycle, this post contains a simple old Horoscope of Qatar (Campion #254) set for 12:00 am Dohar in lieu of a precise hour when independence from Great Britain was attained:

Karma, Power, and an Eclipsed Pluto

You'll note that Qatar's 4th house Pluto @28Vir43 will be "hit" by the 9 New South Solar Eclipse (@29Vir05) on September 21, 2025 with themes of 'longterm worries surface about loved ones, health, or communication issues; worrisome news arrives and responsibilities come home to roost' (paraphrasing Brady's Predictive Astrology #ad).

Now as with all eclipses, issues can appear as early as two weeks prior to the eclipse date.

Meanwhile, it so happens that 9 New South is the very Series in which Qatar became independent for that particular manifestation of a 9NS Eclipse occurred on August 21, 1971 @27Leo15. This makes 2025 a very eventful year for the country.

Then as we see above, 1971 Mercury Rx @28leo41 conjoined the 9NS Eclipse which emphasizes attention to details, reading the fine print, plus, the logic and reason that are required for best results (R. Lineman/jc). Yes, royal star Regulus, the kingmaker, was being ruffled then but that's a topic for another post.

So, Pluto conjunct a solar eclipse is known as a power aspect (both planet and eclipse become more powerful) and their combination can lead to negative reactions such as a misuse of energies during a period when manipulative wealth-hoarder Pluto is highly influential. Event-wise, everything from criminal offenses of the Underworld kind to violent fanaticism, plus, war or other aggressive acts can occur as long as 9NS themes hold sway in cahoots with 1971 Pluto, a sneaky spy of a planet that tends to take whatever it wants.

Perhaps you've heard that Tr*mp says Ukraine's President Zelenskyy will visit the White House to sign a minerals deal - apparently tomorrow, Friday February 28th, or so Mr. T. says. He'll be entering a dangerous environment, as perhaps you'll agree.

Well, Zelenskyy's Solar Arc Directions for tomorrow are operative whether he visits DC or not so let's take a look. Year 2024 in a Cosmic Nutshell

The easiest way to view an entire year - namely Year 2024 - is to post for you two dual images showing Year 2024 at a glance:

1. Spring Equinox 2024 (lower left) with 2. Summer Solstice 2024 (upper right) followed by 3. Autumn Equinox 2024 (lower left) and 4. Winter Solstice 2024 (upper right).

Now as you know, a Spring Equinbox Horoscope (aka, Aries Ingress) actually symbolizes an entire year and may be consulted as such via transits, directions, and progressions. Year 2024 Begins and Proceeds

Our year began with me-first Mars at 27AQ46 conjunct our July 4, 1776 Moon (We the People) suggesting a restless American populace as targets. Furthermore, Mars opposes a certain candidate's natal Mars rising in Leo along with royal Regulus, the "success if revenge is avoided" star. A Mars-oppo-Mars transit shows the folks who are diametrically opposed to old Mars in Leo. In this case, I'd say those folks are a majority of the American people who want America to move on from old grudges and malicious plans for revenge. In fact, some may call it Tr*mp fatigue.

So as you know, 2024 is proving to be an intensely emotional Moon-Pluto kind of year and with Election 2024 on November 5th (an event which falls within the purview of Autumn Equinox 2024) the year (and campaign) additionally becomes a Mars-Pluto opposition affair of forceful competition for power - and ends with Winter Solstice 2024's Moon-Saturn opposition which emphasizes the proper carrying out of responsibilities and "the call to duty" (A. Oken).

These energies sound appropriate for a presidential campaign especially since the oppression of individual rights is also an issue as we enter 2025. Clearly, one 2024 candidate offers oppression, dystopia, and morbidity, while the other candidate offers freedom, progress, and opportunity! The choice seems a no-brainer to me because I'll choose life over death every time - and democracy over fascism.

Meanwhile, it's only the soon-forming Autumn Equinox 2024 Horoscope that isn't ruled by aggressive Mars via the three charts' Scorpio Ascendants but by Venus instead, ruler of Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice. And as you see, Venus is at 29 Libra, a critical 29th degree, rises in the chart's 1st house, and could very well symbolize VP Kamala Harris, former AG and prosecutor. However, a Venus-Pluto square indicates obstacles on the path of Autumn Equinox 2024 Venus, obstacles through her opponents' circulating rumors which will likely involve financial and/or sexual matters.

Now disagree if you wish, but my suspicion is that the Venus-Pluto square reveals the political assaults coming against candidate Harris in the 2024 Campaign which, as political commentator David Feldman and others point out, is about to turn really really ugly.

Harris-Trump Debate Sept 10th

UPDATE Sept 9, 2024: Checking too early for details regarding the September 10th debate, its location in Philadelphia escaped me. So I'll add a Horoscope set for Philly which shows how very little difference between NYC vs Philadelphia locations!

Yesterday I heard that Mr. Trump has flip-flopped again and says he will show up on September 10, 2024 at ABC studios to debate his opponent VP Kamala Harris. All along, VP Harris has stated that she will show up for the September 10th debate whether Trump turns up or not. So in case the debate occurs, below you see a horoscope of the event set for the date, hour, and location.

The horoscope has been retitled, Harris-Trump Debate 9/24 (from Biden-Trump) and is followed by the debate's midpoint pictures at 9:00 pm edt.

Then we'll note the first natal planet to rise at 9:00 pm edt, the official starting time of the debate, for both VP Harris and Mr. Trump:

September 10, 2024 9:00 pm edt NYC Midpoint Pictures; any, all, or none of the potentials may be operative; all are subject to activation by transit or progression:

Sun = Moon-Jupiter: Optimism; social outlook;

With 5Tau41 rising at 9:00 pm edt NYC, the first natal planet to rise of VP Harris is her Jupiter @24Taurus conjoined by debate Uranus which suggests expanded horizons and an opportunity to take an entirely new path. For Mr. Trump, first his natal Midheaven (career point) rises with transit Uranus its recent visitor - Uranus, which suggests a new direction for him as well but changes are triggered or activated by others. First natal planet to rise for Trump is his 10th house Uranus in Gemini, his guiding planet of chaos, disruption, and shock. And as we know, that's how he prefers to do business.

Now while chart/debate ruler Venus @15Libra (conjunct US 1776 Saturn exalted) trines debate Jupiter (20Gemini) which languishes among Trump's 10th house Gemini trio, debate Venus is intercepted in 6th house (Placidus House System) so Trump's usual 'good luck' (his Jupiter-Uranus trine) may seem to be a little on the used-up side these days.

Yet on another level, if we see Venus-conjunct-Saturn intercepted as symbolizing former AG/prosecutor VP Kamala Harris, a measure of interference may be evident, and/or her debate preparation and rhetoric will be something she feels karmically compelled to deliver. Perhaps the interference is partially the call from legal eagles for her to stop using terms like "criminal" and "felon" to describe her out-on-bail opponent, and this could interfere with her popular, "I know his type" assertion during her campaign speeches. Well, he does give felons a bad name, I agree.

And perhaps you agree, that this will be a political debate worth watching. That is if the out-on-bail Uranian nominee shows up to spar with the former AG/prosecutor, VP Harris.

In closing, here's an additional note: 5Tau41 rising brings up Gov. Tim Walz's natal Mercury! Plus, debate North Node (NN) points directly toward Gov. Walz's natal Mars so I'd expect his military service record to be mentioned, and possibly his various comments on tape.

According to political commentator David Feldman (see below), this weekend at Sun Valley, Idaho wealthy elites such as Rob Reiner, Barry Diller, and Abigail Disney have gathered together for vetting at least one potential replacement on the Democratic ticket for November 2024, and her name is Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. If their pie-in-the-sky work-around Joe brings their desired results, they may be electing a convicted felon.

Tellingly, the governor wasn't in Michigan as President Biden campaigned last evening, instead she was joining wealthy elites and corporate types at Sun Valley, those who are supposedly fearful for the US Constitution if the global fascist movement manages to shoe horn their figurehead agent orange back into the Oval Office with the chaos-creator's tiny finger on The Button.

And naturally, as David points out in the following podcast episode, Biden's poll numbers are higher since the subpar debate - and for wealthy elites, backstabbing Joe Biden after all he's accomplished for this country is not about the money at all!

July 2024: Trump Sentenced - then RNC 2024

By now everyone has heard that yesterday, May 30, 2024, Trump was convicted of all charges (guilty on 34 counts) by a jury of his peers in the Manhattan, NY courtroom of Judge Juan Merchan who then announced that the sentencing of "C.F. Trump" is scheduled for July 11, 2024 at 10:00 am edt.

Above you see a bi-wheel of horoscopes: Trump Sentenced (inner) and the first day Horoscope of RNC 2024 four days later (outer), a political event which we've previously discussed here.

Saturn: The Old Man of Karma

Naturally, there are multiple factors worth noting in the charts (exs: RNC 2024 Sun conjunct Herr T's natal Saturn with issues of authority and reliability. As you know, Saturn is the planet of karma, legalities, limits, flaws. Asteroid Justicia conjuncts his natal Mercury, and Justice-bringer Astraea conjuncts his natal Mars.

Mars-Uranus: Risk and Danger

However, my main focus in this post, due to his nibs' propensity for instructing his thugs and cult menbers toward committing violent acts, is the Mars-Uranus duo conjunct enraged star, Algol which twinkles upon the Midheaven of CFT's 1946 natal chart - how furious he must be - and how saturated with plans for taking revenge upon anyone who opposes him or stands in his way. And yes, this is a deadly situation particularly if he manages to coup the White House in November.

Then as you know, Inauguration Day 2021 saw a Mars-Uranus Conjunction @6Tau44 (3:38 pm est). Notably, in the above charts we find a disturbing midpoint picture: Mars-Uranus = his natal MC with potentials for: taking drastic measures; a pistol to the head; violence; injury (R. Ebertin).

Reaping the Consequences

So both July events fall under the influence of the 8 North ("dreams and visions"-- B. Brady) Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct wounded Chiron (also @19Ari24). Then is C.F. Trump wounded? Yes. But so is America, thanks to our nation's enemies, foreign and domestic, working against democracy under the gnatzie-style leadership of a man now known as Convicted Felon Trump. Also, both events have the same Syzygy Moon @14Cancer - conjunct starry Sirius, The Scorcher.

What I detest the most about this entire "Shakespearean" drama is that the degradation of old man Trump is simultaneously the degradation of every one of our three branches of government. In one way or another, he's managed to sabotage them all, much to our enemies' delight. And the treasonous plan of career criminals is ongoing.

And significantly, the previous Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017, his first year playing POTUS, landed directly upon Trump's natal Ascendant @29Leo and rising Regulus (success if revenge is avoided) and you'll remember how he famously removed his safety glasses and looked directly up at the eclipsed Sun multiple times, future blindness be dam*ed. But I suppose when you're born with regal Regulus and Apollo "the sun god" rising along with your brash Mars in royal Leo, you brazenly assume that you can get away with a stupid stunt like that and, with regal aplomb, you'll never have to reap the consequences.

Is Mr. Trump like Mr. Stalin?

Recently I've heard a pundit or two on TV state that, rather than Herr Adolf, old Donald Trump is more like the Soviet Union's Joseph Stalin. Of course, no dictator is a prize in the humanity sweepstakes, yet if Trump and comrades manage to steal the White House in November we'll all be messing around and finding out through nasty experiences.

A disturbing suspicion is that few Americans of our younger generations are familiar with the horror that was Stalin or are aware of the dystopian society he created, as if it were a good idea (like the psychopath he was).

So naturally I got to wondering what would transpire if I put together a bi-wheel of the Stalin and Trump natal charts to see which planets and points make contact between them - which ones blend, as it were. So see what you think - here is the result:

1946 reaches back to 1878

Obviously, there are significant contacts such as Stalin's natal Pluto Rx @24Tau58 conjunct Trump's Midheaven ('MC' = goals) where enraged star Algol of Medusa fame twinkles off and on. Notably, Algol is often prominent in the natal charts of criminals and murderers (D.K. Rosenberg). Plus, Stalin's Mars-Pluto opposition of brutality and violence sits neatly upon Trump's MC-IC angles - across the possessive Taurus-Scorpio axis. Their Mercuries are in opposite signs, too.

There's even a Trump Moon-SN conjunct Stalin Sun in Sagittarius, quite a match they are, it seems, and with their natal Suns (egos; goals) in opposite signs.

Then Trump's guiding planet, his inner voice of chaos and disruption, Uranus @17Gemini conjuncts Stalin's Syzygy Moon @17Gemini but to make matters more complex, zealous Stalin was a Uranus-Pluto square kind of despot (aka, an extremely violent, revolutionary anarchist) and his radical Uranus @4Virgo rises in Trump's natal chart as does Trump's aggressive Mars @26Leo and royal star, Regulus with its caution against taking revenge, or all that's gained will be taken away.

Then as you know, the Mars-Uranus duo is another cosmic signal for incendiary, erratic, and/or revolutionary activities.

The rest of their contacts I shall leave up to you, dear reader, for I've had all of these two maladjusted miscreants I can take for one post. Except that --

An Ongoing Struggle for Control

Details regarding the 8 North Total Eclipse coming up on April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 are available at USA Today along with information concerning the next Total Solar Eclipse visible across Greenland, Canada, and the US occurring on August 22, 2044 @00Vir34:11 in the 10 South Saros Series. This will stir up themes from the August 21, 2017 Eclipse ("unexpected events; fatigue; information is distorted and possibly false" - B. Brady).

Now as previously discussed, the visionary 8 North of April 8, 2024 conjuncts Chiron, also @19Ari24 and near America's 1776 Chiron (@20Ari08), with 8 North visible across the center of the US from Texas to Maine. And as you know, it's the third Great American Eclipse of 2024 with the second one occurring on August 21, 2017 @29Leo (as noted, above) conjunct Regulus and Trump's natal Ascendant in the 1 North Series. Allegedly making America "great" then, and now, with Election 2024 on the horizon, making America "great" again - by way of a shady political slogan, that is. Of course, you know what the racists mean: making America white again.

And so the next visible Total Eclipse in the US will be the 10 South Solar Eclipse of August 22, 2044, and it will be opposed by Pluto Rx @1Pis35. This opposition from transformative Pluto indicates a choice between two courses: either the highest spiritual level is attained, or reversion into the basest animalism is the case. Yes, we're mired within such circumstances now, culminating with the 2024 Election to decide on either the relatively free society we're accustomed to vs a tyrannical gnatzie-style regime of strong-man barbarism profanely blended with holier-than-thou legislated theocracy. Most folks by now have heard of the draconian plan known as "Project 2025" set to explode on Inauguration Day 2025 if a fascist coups the White House in November.

Note: if you're unfamiliar with the SACR organization of Christian Nationalists and Christian Marriage promoters ("domination in the home" easily becomes S'n'M practices when mishandled - as they will be), check out The Guardian's coverage. I am informed that "SACR" is pronounced "sacker."

And yet a sextile from Mars @3Sco18 to the 2044 Eclipse helps moderate the baser energies although backsliding is possible, especially with lusty Mars in sexy Scorpio.

Not So Fast, 2044!

Yet we should mention that an additional 10 South Eclipse occurs between now and the Eclipse of August 22, 2044. Actually, it manifests quite soon on August 12, 2026 @20Leo01 and is featured in the dual image, shown below. In Leo, an eclipse spotlights the need for expressing the positive qualities of Leo rather than pompousness, self-glorification, boasting, and egocentricity which stymies positive karmic growth and problem solving.

One thinks of the toxic narcicissism in the spotlight today: politicians and CEOs so desperate for total control of the US government, US finances and resources, and societal standards while pushing regressive policies existing as far back as the 1800s (or even further as with Alito's repeal of Roe v Wade). But as everyone knows, "time travel" is not a thing so irrationality is a basic feature of their paternalistic ideologies, not a glitch.

Leo (Aquarius) Then Virgo (Pisces)

Now with an eclipse in modest Virgo as in 2044, qualities such as hard work, dedication, discernment, and perceptive analysis are required for best results, with criticism kept to a minimum. Plus, @00Virgo, the 2044 Eclipse conjuncts royal star Regulus with its caution: success if revenge is avoided; otherwise all gains will be taken away (as Regulus-rising Trump is fighting against now). As you know, an eclipse conjunct a fixed star strengthens both their influences.

Set for Washington DC, above is a dual image of the 2026 and 2044 Horoscopes of 10 South Total Eclipses. The 2044 manifestation will be visible in Greenland, Canada, and the US with its path of Totality racing over Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The 2026 Eclipse will pass over the Arctic, Greenland, Iceland, the Atlantic Ocean, and Northern Spain. Naturally, one thinks of melting ice and other water events, but also the fire element can be involved with an Eclipse in Sun-ruled Leo.

Cosmic time links exist between both these eclipses and with previous eclipses such as the "Nostradamus" Eclipse of August 11, 1999 in the 1 North Saros Series (repeated in August 2017) with 1999's rigid Fixed Grand Cross of planets. These time links may be topics of future posts.

Then for a broader view, the cosmic lens through which all subsequent manifestations of 10 South Eclipses may be viewed is the initial Eclipse in the Series, its sign, house and aspects. The first 10 South Eclipse occurred on March 10, 1179 (OS) @26Pis01 (transit Neptune's Zodiacal swimming pool in late Pisces). Then since Pisces is associated with cloudiness, I'd suggest Pisces as a spiritual lens along with Collective Unconscious implications since many of the events of 1179 involved The Crusades and other battles for control, both spiritual and temporal. And yet we know that with shady Pisces, secrecy, mystery, confusion, and/or crime cannot be ruled out.

So this is my overview of two Total Eclipses Over America: 8 North on April 8, 2024 and 10 South of August 22, 2044. You see before you the official 2007 portrait of Senator Chuck Grassley. A US senator on Capitol Hill since 1981, here are a few astro-notes concerning the natal planets of this long-serving 90-year-old Republican politician born in New Hartford, Iowa on September 17, 1933, a man who currently carries the water of fascist 2024 candidate, D. Trump. Seemingly, Senator Grassley is a fan of the dystopian Project 2025 agenda of brutality. Is he giddy with expectation of the suffering its implementation would cause?

Now it's notable that the current Solar Eclipse in the 7 South Saros Series happens to be the series into which Baby Grassley was born with its themes of 'crisis' or 'a huge obstacle suddenly clears' (B. Brady). His 7 South manifested on August 21, 1933 @27Leo42 during Herr Adolf's glory days. The repetition of Grassley's Prenatal Eclipse this year means that 7 South themes are currently personalized for the senator from Iowa, although its effects may or may not be in public view.

Two Possible Personality Blends for Chuck

Because the Moon changed signs on September 17, 1933, Mr. Grassley's natal Moon is either in Sun-ruled Leo or in Mercury-ruled Virgo with Luna ranging from 23Leo30 to 6Vir19, and the Moon at noon clocking in @29Leo52 conjunct royal Regulus.

Earth-Fire Sun Virgo-Moon Leo suggests the personality of a hardworking elitist snob who, on his worst days, becomes a finicky know-it-all and fault-finder with a superiority complex. This is the servant vs monarch combination of conscious-unconscious energies which can be timid but with a fiery inner nature; self-pitying vanity can be self-defeating with this blend. Sun Virgo-Moon Leo is shared natally by actor Stephen Fry who said, "I'm always cast as someone in authority...I enjoy it because...it's an expiation of that part of myself that wants to be grand."

Double Earth Sun Virgo-Moon Virgo suggests a Mercurial perfectionist and workaholic blend with a preference for systems and schedules. An excellent analyst of detailed data, practical use is made of available resources, and dedication to work and service is strong; yet a tendency to become "old-maidish" may be noticed. A worrywort, this personality blend identifies an industrious, efficient individual who shares this Sun-Moon combination of energies with President Lyndon B. Johnson who said, "I strive for the best and do the possible."

Is AG Merrick Garland "spineless"?

Previously, we discussed the personality blend of AG Merrick Garland (Sun Scorpio-Moon Libra) but now that he's under attack more than ever for his handling of "the Trump trials," his appointment of over-stepper Robert Hur, and other legal matters, so a look at two particular Solar Eclipses would be informative regarding the cosmic energies affecting AG Garland's natal planets now and in 2024, and, by extension, affecting legal matters, Election 2024, and the Department of Justice in the US.

Above is a dual image of the two "Garland-adjacent" eclipses: one is the 7 South Eclipse of October 14, 2023 (lower left) with themes of 'crisis', or, 'a huge obstacle suddenly clears'--B. Brady) in effect as I type and operative until the Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024--along with an Eclipse repeating in Garland's personal 8 South Solar Eclipse Series on October 2, 2024 @10Libra (upper right); 8S themes: 'loss, separation, sad partings; overstrain, possible physical injury' (B. Brady), and acting as the PE influencing Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025.

Yet without an accurate birth time for Merrick Garland, we can't be certain where 10Libra falls in his natal chart, but the point is, 8 South is his personal eclipse series so its themes are coming up for review in his life and gives him the opportunity to deal more successfully with events brought along by the eclipse. Of interest is that his Prenatal Eclipse ('PE') prior to his birth occurred @27Leo31 - conjunct royal Regulus back on August 20, 1952. Previously, an 8 South Eclipse manifested on August 21, 1933 @28Leo--conjunct Regulus. And this creates a cosmic time link from Garland's 1952 Eclipse through October 2, 2024, then back to the Nazi era - all three are 8 South Eclipses.

So last but not least, let's assess solar eclipse potentials when they manifest in the Venus-ruled Libra, sign of the Scales of Justice:

Positive expression includes issues of 'fair play, cooperation, impartiality, karmic relationships, and the promotion of world justice'. Negative expression includes: 'spinelessness; injustice, insincerity, and self-indulgence'. (paraphrasing R. Lineman, Eclipses).

So it's sad to say for democracy, but when it comes to having the courage to stop Fascism from taking over America, perhaps AG Garland's critics are spot-on.

Is Stephen Miller a Bulldozer?

So What If Miller Comes 'Round Again?

Is this the Wikipedia page of Stephen Miller's second-great grandfather Dov Ber Cheinman, an illustrious figure and teacher in Jewish history? Yes, Mr. Miller is Jewish and was architect of Trump's ripping children from the arms of their parents at the Southern border, even though his ancestral heritage includes asylum seekers fleeing anti-semitic progroms. How's that for an example of pulling up the ladder behind you? Hypocrisy much? Well, if you wish, read about controversial flame-thrower Stephen Miller here and expect more of him if Trump manages to grab the White House again.

As for Miller's natal planets, here's an excerpt from a previous post containing a few astro-notes concerning Trump's hardcore reich-wing speech writer Stephen Miller with mild edits for clarity:

Stephen Miller August 23, 1985 4:53 pm PDT Santa Monica, California (RR: AA). Hour of the Moon (fluctuations, changes) with his Sagittarian Moon out-of-bounds (faulty or estranged relationship with Mother); Moon conjunct Uranus @Station Direct (intuitive, seeks emotional excitement, erratic mood changes, extreme emotions, often cranky, irritable, moody) and suggesting further separation issues with Mum and his entire family. Additionally, Mr. Miller's Earth-Fire personality blend is known as a 'bulldozer' which tends to push moral certitude upon others (ex: "scorched earth" policies). Often dictatorial and insensitive to other people, Mr. Miller values rationality over human suffering while shoving through his preferred political policies (Sun Sign-Moon, Charles and Suzi Harvey #ad).

Dual Images: 8 North Solar Eclipse April 8, 2024; natal chart of Robert F. Kennedy Jr set for a suggested birth hour of 5:32 pm:

Recently we considered the natal horoscope of 2024 candidate RFK Jr and the 8 North Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024, another Total solar eclipse that will be visible across the US as was the Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 in the 1 North Saros Series - in fact, their paths will cross in the center of the country in an X marks the spot pattern.

You remember how the 1 North in 2017 landed directly upon Herr Trump's natal Ascendant (@29Leo conjunct Regulus) with Mars rising. As things have turned out, this cosmic synchronicity is what a total eclipse in centuries past was considered to be: a bad omen.

As for the presidential bid of Robert F. Kennedy Jr, transit Pluto (wealth, stealth, power, control, manipulation, transformation) is retrograde today @27Cap53 where Mr. Underworld continues aiding and/or abetting Mr. Kennedy's natal Sun and Mercury (27-30Cap), and of course 27Cap+ is the position in Capricorn of America's 1776 Pluto so Mr. Kennedy has that connection of power that is at least partially related to the assassinations of his father and uncle as they served America. Notably, one of Pluto's many roles is the assassin.

Now I don't know about you, but it seems amazing to me that Robert Jr would dare enter US politics at the highest level - unless he has the 'highest level' of protection or is promised such, and I don't mean US Secret Service agents.

And so the current transit of Pluto marks a time of Sun-Pluto and Mercury-Pluto energies for RFK Jr, energies with potentials for power-craving, convincing oration, fraudulent representation, exhibitionism, demagoguery, and/or zealotry (R. Ebertin). Any, all, or none may apply.

Then with his natal Chiron and Venus-North-Node conjunction in Capricorn already visited by Pluto (22-25Cap), it's proving to be an extended period of Plutonian influences for him. In fact, major ego expansion may be one result, with identity change a possibility. A secret handshake with Plutocracy (Pluto-Chiron) could have occurred as well which to me suggests major campaign funding from the transnational crowd of societal meddlers.

Yet despite it all, we know that transit Pluto soon creeps out of Capricorn and lumbers into Aquarius for a years-long stay, so its powerful influences on Capricorn planets, permanent as they are, will begin to wane.

Mars SQ Pluto: Violent Tempers; Crisis, or a Clearing

On October 8, 2023, a Mars-Pluto square forms from 27Libra (conjunct South Node) to 27Capricorn (our US 1776 Pluto position) so it's basically a Mars Square Pluto transit of anger, jealousy, and revenge. Today's ousting of Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House is a good example of these angry, vengeful energies as are Trump's ugly remarks against those seeking to hold him accountable - including NY Judge Arthur Engoron who's "deciding the fate of Trump's business empire" while Trump keeps grousing and prevaricating outside the courtroom!

Must Be the Eclipse Season of The Witch Hunt

Then six days after the exact square, a 7 South Solar Eclipse arrives. This post concerns these forceful, angry energies of jealousy and revenge, and spotlights a cosmic time link or two:

The 'ring of fire' Solar Eclipse which manifests on October 14, 2023 @21Libra falls within the 7 South Saros Series, and when we want more details about any solar eclipse we can consider the initial eclipse that opened the Series (family) which, in this case, occurred on June 22, 1248 at 2:04:12 pm LMT @8Cancer. Shown below is the 1248 eclipse horoscope set for then-nonexistent Washington DC because the federal city's location upon the Earth was in existence, and because the chart has to be set for somewhere.

For historical context see 1248, a year of Emperors, Kings, Popes, Cathedrals, Knights Templar, and the Seventh Crusade (1248--1254). Meanwhile in 2023, the US is encumbered with a Catholic-infused Supreme Court behaving like kings, taking away rights, and forcing an extreme agenda on the American people. And some of them are supremely bribe-able!

Cyclical Eclipses Are Reliable 'Cosmic Time Links'

An advantage to the method of gaining more details is that the current eclipse in Venus-ruled Libra may be scrutinized through the lens of the sign its ruler of its initial eclipse, and for 7 South, that's Moon-ruled Cancer. Now if you're reading this post, I doubt that Libran and Cancerian traits need listing in this post, so let's skip to the dual horoscopes shown, below:

As you see, 7 South Themes are penned on the image along with several other of my study notes including planetary aspects to both eclipses. So it's the Mars-Pluto square from the initial eclipse that gives the 2023 eclipse its 'power, anger, force' vibes and as the Cosmos would have it, a real time Mars-Pluto square influences the 7 South Eclipse Horoscope of October 14, 2023. It's as if the Universe is trying to tell us something by way of a wild card "cosmic blink" eclipse. This is not unusual if only humanity would listen. Obviously, karma is involved in the realm of "reaping what was sown" for repetition of eclipses in their series give humaity opportunities to deal with issues in more positive ways that lead to better outcomes.

Aries-Libra Axis: Conflict vs Cooperation

Now for more historical context, here's a view of the 7 South Solar Eclipse of August 21, 1933 a watershed year in the US (FDR) and in Europe (Herr Adolf who tried his brutality here but was rebuffed). I believe that the fact that a 7 South eclipse manifested in a Nazi-infested year is a major part of the "something" the Universe is trying to tell us - to warn us about, and you've noticed that "August 21st" is the same date of our Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 conjunct royal star Regulus.

This creates a cosmic time link between the themes from the 2017 solar eclipse in the 1 North Saros Series, and adds 1 North influences to the themes of 7 South; both are in Leo so Leonine traits of leadership are spotlighted such as pride, vanity, grandstanding, and pomposity, difficult traits the US continues to deal with as we ride the Trump Train. 2017 to 2021, then 2022, 2023, and so on::

So when we look astrologically for high finance, corporate banking, the Federal Reserve banking system, and America's money concerns we soon must consider the high stakes planetary combination of Jupiter and Pluto. A previous post, written prior to the current government shutdown/credit downgrade drama forced upon us by House Republicans provides a view of the Jupiter-Pluto Conjunction of November 12, 2020, part of the 13-year Jupiter-Pluto Cycle now influencing financial matters.

Occurring at 22Cap51, the conjunction landed upon the natal Vertex of one Donald Trump for whose approval the maga House members stage all their clown shows and political kerfuffles, hoping to blame President Biden for the negative consequences of their actions, and thus affect outcomes in the 2024 Election - in their favor!

And yet we know that Republicans engage in such underhanded measures no matter the collateral damage to the public because GOP policies are anti-constitutional, anti-democratic, fascistic, and are intended to collapse the US government "small enough to drown it in a bath tub," as Republican Grover Norquist so instructively informed us years ago. The 1st Republican Debate Aug 23, 2023

As you've heard, Mr. Trump has said it would be "foolish" for him to attend the first Republican debate scheduled for August 23, 2023 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Of course, the quixotic candidate may only be flirting with the issue to see who, if anyone, cares, but his attendance at the first debate will be whatever it is.

Even so, for your consideration, here's a speculatively timed First Republican Debate Horoscope of the 2024 campaign season - and please pardon, the chart printed a bit on the wonky side:

As you see, debate planet Mercury @21Vir51 is Station Rx having changed directions 5 hours previously, is emphasized and strengthened, and conjuncts fixed star, Denebola (to go against society; against the mainstream). So with Denebola active in the natal chart of President Biden, we can expect that his name and policies are certain to be time-worn topics in the debate. Besides, which candidate can neglect a mention or three of Biden's son, Hunter?

You'll note that at 8:00 pm in Milwaukee, the fighting Mars-ASC midpoint is at MC denoting "comrades in arms" and with Mr. Trump's natal Moon there as well, we may expect his performance to include anger and provocative behavior - if he shows. Moon-Mars = North Node reveals 'vigorous cooperation' so perhaps Trump's coy show/no-show drama is pre-agreed upon by the VP-craving candidates, his comrades. In other words, the usual political theater is suggested and intended to increase public interest.

Their talking points and trigger words are sure to fly!

Now admittedly, there are multiple contacts between the planets shown, above, and the natal planets of Mr. Trump (exs: Regulus @00Virgo, formerly @29Leo+, is a biggie conjunct his natal Ascendant, plus, Trump's natal Moon-SN and Sun-NN conjunct the MC-IC axis at 8:00 pm, and disruptive Uranus @23Tau03 is all but conjunct his natal MC (24:18) as the radical planet of anarchy lurches to meet his Career Point - and here operates as the tail of a Kite pattern of high-flying success.

Yet we know that the first debate may be rescheduled or postponed and if so, the horoscope you see here will become irrelevant even while current and future transits continue their influences. Obviously, a new horoscope will be necessary.

Meanwhile, former Gov. The Bombing of Hiroshima Horoscope

In the August 6, 1945 Horoscope of the Bombing of Hiroshima, Japan there are obvious planetary signatures such as the incendiary duo of violent attacks Mars-Uranus at Midheaven (the goal point), a power-craving Sun-Pluto conjunction in Leo denoting 'danger to life' and/or 'martyrdom' (R. Ebertin), the grand scheming pair of Jupiter and Neptune rising in first house, and an oppressive Moon-Saturn conjunction of a sad, ill population (Moon) whose lives were ended (Saturn).

That the karma of reaping what's been sown played a role in the tragedy, I leave up to you to decide, dear reader, since the first-ever use of the atomic bomb on Japan (not on Germany since Hitler had died in April) by Robert Oppenheimer and the Los Alamos team had the expressed intention of teaching Japan (see Rigel conjunct MC: "to bring knowledge") that World War II was over - and that the Nazis had been defeated.

So with all my study notes squooshed upon the charts, here are two images:

1. The Bombing of Hiroshima Horoscope (August 6, 1945; 8:15 am jst), followed by 2. the same horoscope (center) with a version of J. Robert Oppenheimer's natal horoscope (outer: my preferred version set for 7:27:01 pm est with 12Sco02 rising: "An Inventor Inventing").

As you see in chart 2, Oppenheimer's natal Pluto @19Gem07 (conjunct his Apollo and Vesta and adding 'fear' to the cosmic picture of the event) sits atop the Bombing's Midheaven (the objective) and forms a catastrophic and violent midpoint picture along with the explosive Mars-Uranus duo of 1945; potentials are penned at the top of the chart. Now the last Total Solar Eclipse in the 1 North Series manifested as the Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017 @29Leo (conjunct royal Regulus) with Herr Trump in the White House and acting as figurehead of the authoritarian movement craving dictatorship in America. Yet my hope is that with all the attention now paid to the Oppenheimer film and its related power, control, and barbarism issues in the spotlight, society now realizes our opportunities to deal more carefully and fully with such abuse-of-power concerns, and that folks who are slack about -- or cheering on - the potential for a Nazi take-over of this and other countries will 'wake up' to the tragedy, misery, and brutality that Nazism would force upon the entire world after the movement's well-deserved wipe-out in 1945.

After all, atomic physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, who led and won the race for The Bomb against the Nazis, understood this. So it seems to me that Mr. Oppenheimer must've been woke when he said,

"We're in a race against the Nazis and I know what it means if the Nazis have a bomb."

And you and I know what it means if modern-day Nazis take over the White House in 2025 with The Button therein.

Horoscope: CNN Launches June 1, 1980

During the Presidential Election year of 1980, CNN (Cable News Network) launched from its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on June 1, 1980 anchored by husband and wife team, Dave Walker and Lois Hart - and the 24-hour news cycle began. Their leading story was the May 29, 1980 attempted assassination of civil rights leader Vernon Jordan and President Carter arriving to visit him during Jordan's recuperation.

In 2023 Trump greets the 7 South Eclipse

Trump's Progressed Moon Plays a Role in 2023 Events

Back in January 2023 on SO'W, we discussed the fact that the 7 South October 14, 2023 Eclipse 'hits' Trump's Progressed Moon ('SP') at its 'crisis in action' Cresent Phase degree of May 24, 2023, or in other words, the two cosmic occurrences - one in real time, the other symbolic - will conjunct @21Libra and some odd minutes when the October 2023 Eclipse perfects upon his SP Crescent Moon degree which times the beginning of a new life cycle for him. Additionally of interest with Moon in Libra, is that a suggestion of destiny is involved, and of course, all eclipses are known as karmic 'wild cards of the Universe'.

Now in this instance, I'm using his SP Luna as a timing agent via its degree. And it's possible, say TV pundits, that no significant legal action such as indictment will be taken against the orange albatross until May although this time link suggests to me that late September into October 2023 should be an important time period for Trump and his woes which will be affected by plenty of other transits and progressions mitigating or otherwise influencing the proceedings on into 2024, the year of a Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus (his pair in beneficial trine aspect of luck and protection) @21Taurus in Trump's 9th house of Legal Affairs and near his natal Midheaven of Public Status.

Then will "Teflon Don" manage to escape accountability once again? Perhaps, but let's not forget the caution of his royal Regulus rising with belligerent Mars, and the trouble that taking revenge can bring: a loss of all that's been gained.

As for his SP Moon/7 North Eclipse connection, this real time + symbolic cosmic time link reveals a Sun-Moon-Moon signature which suggests bringing protection on some level for self or others, and/or a need for relief, possibly supplied by a woman or other family member. And naturally, with the Sun-Moon combination denoting marriage partners, it's tempting to think of his current wife Melania although another woman or women could be involved as well. Could this indicate Stormy? Well, her natal Pluto does conjunct Trump's stationary Jupiter at the "A Gang of Robbers in Hiding" degree!

Also tempting is a consideration of the themes of 7 South Solar Eclipses in relation to Trump's SP Moon with its Venusian-Libran vibes (until his SP Moon symbolically advances into Scorpio in early 2024, adding Scorpio's intense Mars-Pluto vibrations to his emotional landscape - and his SP Ascendant has also entered Scorpio). Plus, it may be significant in some way for Trump that 7 South is the Prenatal Eclipse Series ('PE') into which son Barron Trump was born! Then was anger Melania's midwife? Well, Trump's 'Stormy Night' did occur while Barron was only a few months old so I suppose the faithless cad of a husband's testosterone-driven Mars rising in lusty Leo is rashness personified, no matter the consequences.

Now Themes of 7 South Eclipses include the tremendous anger, power, and force of a Mars-Pluto square due to the one in effect during the initial 7 South Eclipse of June 22, 1248 with Sun-Moon @8Can03 (conjunct Trump's gossip-mongering Mercury squared by deceitful Neptune). 7 South possibilities are for huge obstacles to "suddenly clear" or, "a pending potential crisis will move through the life very rapidly" (B. Brady).

Undoubtedly, we think of the multiple lawsuits and potential indictments that this man, 'overshadowed by shadows' faces as I type. And admittedly, my personal hope is that if huge obstacles suddenly clear for this career criminal, his pathway will open toward a prison cell door. And I'm certain you've noticed that Trump's recent behavior posting a mocked-up photo of his tiny hands brandishing a baseball bat next to a photo of NY AG Alvin Bragg has obvious Mars-Pluto square implications. Yes, the image was deleted later but the deadly message was successfully sent to Herr Trump's receptive comrades.

So let's consider a paraphrasing of what Alan Oken has written about a Mars-Pluto square as it potentially affects individuals such as the cantankerous narcisist and wanna-be dictator, Donald J. Trump:

People with extremely violent tempers who let nothing stand in their way, they make devastating enemies who can act like a b*mb clearing the way by wiping out what has already been established; The Annihilator. As most anyone may agree, this is definitely the mood that he and his nazi comrades are in as they strive to take fascist control of our country.

So! Despair and giving up are never options in the cause of Justice, my dear pro-democracy reader, yet these are some of the current influences upon old man Donald Trump whose 12th house midpoint picture, Pluto = Mars-Saturn (the death axis) while apex Pluto, the underworld figure, spy, and assassin, just keeps on expressing its harmful energies against humanity in the form of: "brutality; the rage or fury of destruction; intervening of a higher power; bodily injury or harm (death of many people)," according to Reinhold Ebertin.

And these sinister energies support, among other planetary factors in his natal chart and psyche, his Goal Point (Midheaven) with enraged demon star Algol upon it, a star quite often found twinkling prominently in the natal horoscopes and psyches of serial m*rderers.
