Can neo-Nazis Foxtrot in Washington DC?

Within the current Tr*mp regime's architectural projects intended to remake the city of Washington DC and America in his image, one question seems prominent when we consider it in that history rhymes sort of way: Did Hitl*r Build a Ball Room After Coming into Power? Well, there are issues with the truthiness of such an assertion, so do check out the article if you wish.

Remaking Government The Tyrant's Way

The image taken via my phone shown below is a horoscope of August 2, 1934 "12:00 pm CET" Berlin, Germany, and for details, a link to previous astro-notes follows.

As you see, Sun conjuncts Midheaven (leadership is the goal) and opposite, the Foundation Point of the chart (IC) @6AQ19 is where transit Pluto now hangs around. Of course, this degree also happens to be the Zodiacal position of America's 1776 South Node. And as you know, the Pluto/SN combination contains a Saturnian flavor (SN of separation and relying on what hasn't worked in the past) and is symbolic of large social movements such as war, restriction, and privation.

For as history shows, Hitl*r delivered those conditions, and in our time, Mr. T is in process of delivering them, too:

And if we considered a bi-wheel of Ad*lf's natal chart surrounded by his August 2, 1934 'elevation to power' chart, we'd find a major transit: electrical Uranus to his natal Sun suggesting a new identity and taking an entirely new direction.

But why two Eclipses? Because 8 days is well within the two-week window during which eclipse themes can begin to express even as the previous eclipse themes remain influential.

Then an additional factor suggesting the party's strong determination to force their plans into reality is that the 8 North Eclipse @25AQ was conjoined in 1934 by transit Saturn (@25AQ59 Rx) which identifies those who are responsible for, and able to carry out the themes of the Eclipse which, in this case, indicates the visions and vivid dreams of the Nazi Party in 1934. However, a negative indicator of Saturn in Aquarius is ambitious plans without a sound foundation (R. Ebertin). So it seems to me that a death cult bringing brutal animalism and millions of fatalities to the world turned out to be a very bad plan. And so it remains.

Looking ahead, let's close this fussy post by adding that the IC of the above Naz*-esque horoscope of 1934 will receive the 12 North Solar Eclipse of January 26, 2028 @6Aquarius with 12 North themes of "greater responsibilities and opportunities as a result of someone being unable to carry on; events are difficult but outcomes are positive."

By now the world knows that Donald Tr*mp has coup'd the White House and will be inaugurated into office (his hand on the Bible? How so? Will it be held upside down?) via the Presidential Oath to protect and defend the US Constitution, the freedom document he plans to toss in a trash bin, our civil rights with it. Only czarish oaths to his nibs will have any meaning for Mr. Tr*mp and for VP Vance who will follow him - Vance, put in position by billionaire Peter Thiel. Members of the billionire class have invested a lot of bucks and have big plans for Mr. Vance.

To astrologers not enthralled to the harsh authoritarian mindset, Be Ready To Defend America even as we look back with sad disbelief at yesterday's election and the November 1st predictive New Moon in Scorpio, sign of betrayal. On a personal note, my uncles who fought Nazis in WWII and my Revolutionary War ancestors who sacrificed, fought, and died to help set up this country are cruelly dishonored, if they could know about this fascist coup. Instead, I must know on their behalves. And so I write SO'W for 18+ years while hoping for a better America.

As for Eclipse Cycles repeating through the years and rhyming via similar historical events, 2024 Eclipses are repeating from 1934 in the 8 North and 8 South Series, the year that Herr Ad*lf became president of Germany, if you get my drift; here's the horoscope with astro-notes penned on:

No, our fight for freedom and democracy isn't over, it's beginning!

Yet with the current fascist ascension, we must expect a time of trouble with wild cards such as El*n Mu*k and B*bby Kenn*dy, Jr lined up to take over various departments of government to kleptocratically ruin and embezzle what they can. That's if faithless Tr*mp keeps his promises to them. Subsequently, a Large Looting will ensue with or without them, so a global financial crash is expected, and the crypto-currency hoax will be favored to undermine the US dollar.

Then another cash cow for thieves will be our social safety net programs, now at risk more than ever before, and this itself will undermine the US economy since consumerism and buying power will be significantly reduced or taken away. Obviously, much suffering will result for seniors and others, and America's enemies will be so proud of their favorite insurrectionist fox back in the hen house where he can commit the American Carnage he threatened on Inauguration Day 2017 (horoscope shown). Plus, as you know, the Catholics on the Supreme Court gave him a pass for criminal acts. Word is, prosecutor Jack Smith has closed his investigations of the orange felon and has packed his bags.

Election 2024

So! Very badly done, male voters of America - and the Latino voters who pulled up the ladder behind themselves. You succumbed to the influence of the brooding Scorpio Moon of Inauguration 2017, and allowed moneybags Jupiter in duplicitous Gemini Rx and moving back and forth among Tr*mp's 10th house Sun-North-Node-Uranus trio to seduce you and pretend to add to your bottom lines. Good luck with that, you'll need it with the orange grifter back in the White House running roughshod over our society, animated by the revenge on his mind. You assume that you and yours will be spared his wrath but that's yet to be seen. Look up "cut off nose to spite face" in the dictionary and there you'll be.

Plus, even more women can ble*d out in parking lots for lack of health care, chumps.

Yet another factor may be that the traditional apathy of the American people took over and voters stayed home on the sofa so that others could do the lifting. We discussed this in a vintage Jude's Threshold post concerning the unconscious Uranus-Neptune square of July 4, 1776. (Count their positions backward from Neptune @22Virgo to Uranus @9Gemini; the post displays a Scorpio Rising horoscope but the positions of both planets are the same). This hidden square seems to me to be one of multiple astrological indicators influencing yesterday's pivotal situation, and others past, present, and future.

And though it's beyond the scope of this post, we can even look back as far as certain Jamestown Colony conditions of 1619 if we have the time and interest to do so.

Now here's a bit about the Sabian Symbol of the (2017 and) 2025 Scorpio Moon/s:

9 Scorpio+ rounded-up to "10 Scorpio": "A Fellowship Supper Reawakens Unforgettable Ties": "FRATERNITY; negative expression: surrender of individual distinction and exaltation of naive animality" (Jones). However, the "fraternity" may not be the pro-society kind, more like the hooded kind.

Additionally, here are Horoscopes of the Solar and Lunar Eclipses that influenced Election 2024 and which continue to do so. The first perfected in muddle-headed Pisces, then the 8 South Solar Eclipse manifested with its difficult themes of loss, separation, and sad partings (B. Brady). Astrologers warned but not enough voters listened. Or, too many voters are fans of racism, sadism, Plutonian animalism and criminality on steroids, as it turns out.

Meanwhile, a target is on the US Constitution, as you know, so it may be significant that the freedom document's next Jupiter Return occurs in 2025 - on May 19th to be exact. The document's current return period began on June 5, 2013 @25Gem22 - and Jupiter was conjunct South Node (1Can09) in 1787, with mundane Jupiter being the planet of freedom, freedom of movement, a freedom movement, expansion, and exploration. Yes, Election 2024 Jupiter is in Gemini, as noted, but retrograde. This backward condition did not aid the Harris-Walz Campaign with its freedom slogan and campaign song by Beyonce.

Not Another Govt Shutdown!

House Speaker Mike Johnson has set a vote on funding which would push back on yet another (Republican) Government Shutdown. Yet Mr. Johnson is admitting that the situation is iffy.

Remember 2020 when Mr. T instigated a Christmas Government Shutdown? A December Full Moon in Cancer had spotlighted his natal 11th house Mercury @8Can51 And of course, we all know way too well about the old fella's Mercury-Neptune square of deception, fantasy, lack of discrimination - and his sneaky mind (A. Oken). His Gish gallop of lies and propaganda comes with the square for free - such a deal!

Meanwhile, Election 2024 is upon us, and some political wags are saying that Republicans will vote the keep the government open because they don't want to be tarred and feathered by a Tr*mp shutdown just prior to November 5th. Plus, the Senate won't play along in any case, and this limitation may be symbolized by lawmaker Saturn Rx @14Pis40 conjunct the 1854 Neptune of the Republican Party - the grim face of reality transit.

And so another government shutdown may or may not occur this year, but I thought as a dear reader you might wish to view a Horoscope just in case: October 1, 2024 12:01 am edt Washington DC; notable are the several fixed stars conjunct planets:

Yet actually, an October 1, 2024 shutdown would practically introduce the next Solar Eclipse of October 2, 2024 in the loss/separation 8 South Saros Series which brings along Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025. The hope I cling to is that the 8 South Eclipse degree of 10Libra falls snugly within Mr. T's natal Neptune-Chiron-Jupiter trio of grand schemes, grifts, and speculation in his 2nd house of Money, Values, Possessions, and Earning Ability.

However, we know that the loss and separation of a government shut down would, as usual, land upon - not just scheming politicians - but on the furloughed and laid-off workers affected, and all of us who depend upon the US government to fulfill its many tasks in a timely manner, automated and otherwise.

DNC Aug 19, 2024: Visions and Dreams!

As you know, today is the first day of DNC 2024 in Chicago, Ilinois, under the auspices of April 2024's 8 North Solar Eclipse @19Ari24 conjunct priestly Chiron (19:24), the Christ archetype in Astrology. This repetition of 8 North is the third of our Great American Eclipses with themes of "visions, vivid dreams, inventiveness, flashes of genius, good ideas, new-found inspiration; freedom is needed for a few days" (B. Brady).

Here you see a bi-wheel of the natal horoscope of VP Kamala Harris (inner), who will accept the Democratic Party's nomination for president on Thursday evening (8/22), and the 8 North Eclipse Horoscope (outer) set for Chicago, Illinois:

For this post, the 8 North Eclipse chart is set for Chicago because of the location of DNC 2024 this week and DNC 2024 themes - her themes (listed, below) - and because locating the visionary 8 North Eclipse there places VP Harris' natal Moon (opposite her natal Sun: she's a Gibbous phase lady) atop the Midheaven ('MC'), the Career and Public Status Point. Plus, mundane Moon = publicity and the public mood. Moon in Aries is a very eager placement!

Note that potentials of Moon-MC = "strong soul ties; appreciation for home and family; people with feeling and sentiment; desire to care for others; a soul relationship with the female sex" (R. Ebertin).

Of course, there are other planetary contacts between the charts and I'm certain you'll spot them, plus, a few astro-notes are sprinkled around the charts including the Sabian Symbol for the 8 North Eclipse degree of "20Aries" = "A Young Girl Feeding Birds in Winter." To me this resonates with VP Harris' proposals that will strengthen families and aid children. However, she'll need victories in both the House and the Senate in order to implement her plans for a brighter future. So my hope is that DNC 2024's Blue Moon in the humanitarian, progressive sign of Aquarius will bring a Blue Wave in November!

VP Harris Courts Gen Z Voters

Hey there! Would you say that Kamala Harris (is the) Gen Z meme queen? Her campaign's appeals to Gen Z members, aka, "Zoomers", are using more modern tactics in an attempt to reach them in their favorite social network lairs, and large numbers of young folks are responding and registering to vote in Election 2024 on November 5th! That merits a huge Hooray! around here.

Because if Democrats can add the Youth Vote to the Righteous Women vote, we'll create a Blue Tsunami on November 5th to drown the fascist Project 2025 agenda with its cruelty and barbarism.

Now as you know, The Gen Z age range is usually said to be those born between 1997 and 2010. This includes those old enough to vote for the very first time in the 2024 Election. This circumstance inspired a look at the Solar and Lunar Eclipses of 2006, the primary year in which 18-year-olds were born.

Significant is the fact that the two Solar Eclipses of 2006 are repeating in 2024, 18.6 years later! It's merely the eclipse cycle, and apart from the themes of the repeating eclipses, it's basically a timing issue because when a Solar Eclipse in a Saros Series that a person was born into repeats (first time for everyone, age 18), it tends to mark a very prominent and active year for that person, and may even signal a personal year to shine!

So below you see a quick (very messy) graphic that lists the Eclipses of 2006 and 2024 with their themes added which "run in the background of society" yet may not have any personal influence at all. One difference is that the 8 South of September 22, 2006 was basically an Autumn Equinox 2006 Eclipse, even though the Sun had not quite reached 00Lib00:00 - but lingered at the very end of Virgo at an impulsive, critical, under-strain 29th degree. (See the events, below, for a Virgoan-digestive health-related incident.)

However, in 2024, 8 South will fall @10Libra and influence both Election 2024 and Inauguration 2025 within Libran and Arian (Aryan?) concerns such as relationships, conflicts, war, diplomacy - and, via the balance of the Libran Scales of Justice - our critical need for fairplay:

Now to put the Gen Z generation into historical context, we can check out US Events of 2006 which lists a variety of positive and negative occurrences. Stand-outs for me include the George W. Bush SOTU Address (his Axis of Evil speech) and the now-unpopular Samuel Alito being sworn in to pontificate on the Supreme Court bench and to subsequently repeal Roe v Wade (talk about loss!) both of which occurred on January 31, 2006.

Then on February 11, VP Dick Cheney accidentally shot his lawyer in the face while quail hunting in southern Texas; and on September 15, 2006, spinach contaminated with E. coli bacteria killed 2 and poisoned over 200 people -- a tragedy close enough to the 8 South Eclipse of 2006 to be affected by 8S themes of loss and separation.

VP Harris' Important Decision

When Joe Biden stepped down from his 2024 Campaign, he catapulted America into a new generation of politicians thereby fulfilling his early promise to be a bridge between generations! This resonates with Biden's natal Saturn (old)/Uranus (new) conjunction in Gemini (sign of youth), and interestingly, Chiron (the rainbow bridge!) has been traveling all snugged between transit Saturn and Uranus: Chiron = Saturn-Uranus - as the centaur is today. You can't make this stuff up!

And wouldn't it be amazing if the Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 conjunct Chiron (both @19Ari24, Aries: sign of the fearless pioneer), operative until the 8 South Eclipse manifests October 2nd @10libra, actually spotlighted for us this generational shift in US politics? For as you know, VP Kamala Harris and Grandpa Tr*mp are one generation apart which makes his nibs the oldest candidate in the race, if he can hang on until November. And why not? After all, the 2024 race has become a Prosecutor vs Perpetrator affair, so why would a lifelong fraudster want to miss that? Do you ever get the feeling that Kamala Harris has been Joe Biden's ace up his sleeve since Day One?

Meanwhile, two names of Kamala Harris' potential VP picks have floated to the top of a long list: Gov Andy Beshear (D-KY) and Sen Mark Kelly (D-AZ).

Governor Beshear speaks with what has been described as a comforting "Kentucky Blue Grass" accent and has created for himself an impressive resume of working for the people of his home state as their governor, while former astronaut Senator Kelly has a resume of service and heroism as long as anyone's arm.

Of course, these are not the only possible choices for 2024 candidate Harris' running mate but they've been mentioned and are worthy of consideration here. However, I'm actually working today to complete a different post with interruptions in my real world scheduled in a while, so let's base this brief consideration on the Solar Eclipse energies and themes that run in the background of Beshear's and Kelly's lives - the Eclipse Saros Series into which each fellow was born.

Andy Beshear November 29, 1977 Louisville, KY: 16 North October 12, 1977 @19Libra: This if the "illumination of ideas from the unconscious" eclipse inspired by the Uranus-Neptune trine of its initial elcipse. These ideas are beneficial and may be acted upon. Last 16N: 2013; next 16N: 2031.

Mark Kelly February 21, 1964 Orange, NJ: 1 South themes include being "flooded with ideas and options" that tend to have positive outcomes. Last 1S: 2018; next 1S: 2036.

And so this brief comparison between Beshear and Kelly based on their eclipses (with themes that resemble one another!) is neither for nor against either fellow as VP candidate and certainly is in no way conclusive but it does offer a small peek at Beshear and Kelly just for you, dear reader!

When Hitler Became President

1934 Eclipses in 2024: 8 North and 8 South

Due to these harrowing times, and because historical events tend to rhyme as eclipses and their themes reoccur through the years, the following is another of my "forewarned is forearmed" posts for daring readers who prefer to face facts in order to vanquish the monsters who may reappear on the global stage from one era to another:

When Adolf Hitler Became President of Germany on August 2, 1934, it was under the influence of not one but two Solar Eclipses: the 8 North of February 14, 1934 @25Aquarius - conjunct controlling authority Saturn as you see, below - and the 8 South of August 10, 1934 @17Leo. Why two? Because 8 North was still operative but the August 2nd event occurred only 8 days prior to the 8 South Eclipse - well within the two-week window when themes of the next eclipse can add its influence upon earthly events, disruptive and complex as they may be.

So the dreams and visions of 8 North combined with 8 South's more difficult themes of loss, separation, and physical injury as Hitler made his move toward more power and control. For as you know, Herr Adolf's ultimate vision, his dream, was for world domination but the brutality of his methods wreaked havoc upon the world with loss, separation, physical injuries and death, and in a word, tragedy as his Nazi regime forcefully attempted to remake society in his beastly image - for an excruciating total of 10 years 271 days, until April 30, 1945.

And this is the "rhyming" that America risks if the Trump regime v2 is allowed to take over the US presidency in November 2024 for we are now within the exact same eclipse corridor of 8 North and 8 South Solar Eclipses repeating from 1934. Adolf's personal flaws outdid him, however, as his paranoia expanded, strategic mistakes were made, and there were multiple attempts on his life. For like all dictators, Herr Adolf wasn't nearly as popular as he thought he was!

So here's a version of his August 2, 1934 assuming power event with astro-notes penned on; note Saturn Rx in Aquarius leading a ruthless Locomotive shape of planets and denoting one who takes control in order to fulfill eclipse themes but, in Aquarius, karmic Saturn has ambitious plans without a sound foundation - as I believe is the case once again in 2024:

The most useful information I've found so far concerning newbie politician and VP pick of GOP nominee Trump, JD Vance, is the following segment by Rachel Maddow exposing the real reason why Vance was VP pick:

Actually, this post is intended to display a noon natal horoscope for Peter Thiel, born in Germany on October 11, 1967, grew up in the US, and takes on the role of a wealthy behind-the-scenes meddler in US politics. Perhaps you remember that Thiel's RNC 2016 speech was somewhat unusual but so was the Republican conference with its Russian influences and Capricorn Full Moon conjunct US 1776 Pluto.

Added below Thiel's noon chart are a few notes concerning the Prenatal Solar Eclipse Saros Series ('PE') into which Baby Thiel was born:

Mercury with Mars = Politics

Planetary details from the horoscope, above, include a midpoint picture that was operative no matter the hour of birth: Sun = Mercury-Pluto making Thiel a keen observer with a need for recognition. Yet his Mercury @12Sco30 is unaspected which suggests a lack of self-reflection, independent thinking, and a strong ability to concentrate on objectives; a one-sided approach is a potential.

Then notably, Thiel's Mercury conjuncts the unaspected Mars of President Biden which similarly indicates a concentrated focus on matters at hand; the contact indicates verbal combat. Plus, Biden's Mars @13Scorpio, you'll remember, was opposed by transit Mars @13Taurus during the Biden-Trump debate in June 2024 which denotes Biden's head cold along with the aggressive Taurean forces aligned against him (Mars vs Mars).

The opposition also suggests a lamentable lack of an astrologer for the timing of Biden's events because no competent astrologer would ever suggest such a Mars-infused date for a confrontation, political or otherwise.

Last 5 North: June 10, 2021 @20Gemini Conjunct Trump's Natal Uranus-NN-Sun

Meanwhile, Peter Theil's birth on October 11, 1967 falls under the auspices of the 5 North Eclipse which manifested for him on May 9, 1967 @18Taurus with themes of sudden flashes of ideas from the unconscious; hunches, visions, prophetic dreams; a highly creative series (paraphrasing B. Brady). For some folks, 5 North themes are being ruffled or inspired into activity by the current 8 North Eclipse, the third Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct Chiron of wounding fame with 8N's "vivid dreams, visions, intuition" themes.

Taurean Venus Can Be Greedy, Envious, and Vindictive

Now when solar eclipses are in Venus-ruled Taurus, emphasized are determination, endurance, reliability, and persistence yet negatively may denote Taurean traits such as intractability, bullheadedness, intolerance, indolence, extravagance, possessiveness, and greed. This eclipse suggests an inherent attraction to economic causes and policies which tallies perfectly with the super-sized appetite of the Republican Party, now morphed into the authoritarian "Trump Death Cult Party" with its proposed fascist Project 2025 agenda intended to hobble the US economy, embezzle from the National Treasury, devalue the US dollar to boost crypto-currencies, take over the US government, gut the ranks of Civil Service employees who make things run on time, collapse American society, and steal from our social safety net funds, paid into by US taxpayers.

So anyone who reads the GOP agenda for 2025 can see that misery, suffering, and loss are what they offer - and their lawless dystopia may be brought to us all by Americans who are self-destructive or careless enough to vote Republican on November 5, 2024. It seems that a hardhearted Christian Nationalism has thrown deceptive sand in their eyes, as we know by the constant gaslighting from a power-mad authoritarian GOP determined to rule the US for decades. Not govern. Just rule like kings.

Meanwhile, planetary aspects to Peter Thiel's 5 North Eclipse of October 11, 1967 may be instructive:

Mercury conjunct shows a need for reasoning and logic, and may have health connotations (Mercury in sexy Scorpio, sign of surgery); Mars inconjunct denotes a family history which may include physical abuse (perhaps taken out on little Peter?); Neptune opposed denotes confusion, cloudiness, and chaos-creation within the realms of a truth vs fiction, reality vs fantasy atmosphere. Finally, his rebellious Uranus-Pluto conjunction trines his PE suggesting that friends, colleagues, and groups are assets for him and may be called upon for remedial action or regeneration (paraphrasing R. Lineman).

Was Thiel Behind Threat to Trump if Vance Not His VP Pick?

So being curious about the natal Pluto of this anti-democracy Plutonian figure Thiel - and knowing that two of the several caps manipulative control-freak Pluto, the dragon guarding the golden hoard, wears - the Pope and the assassin - I subtracted Pluto's orbit of 248 years from 1967 and got the year 1719. The Eclipse of Thomas M. Crooks

The shooting of Donald Trump soon after he took the rally stage in Butler, PA on Saturday July 13, 2024 represents a complicated situation and complex astrological factors are involved in any attempt to describe or understand it. So in order to keep from writing an e-book about it, here are four horoscopes in bi-wheel form with my astro-notes penned on.

Instructive is a bi-wheel with a speculatively timed natal horoscope of T. M. Crooks born September 20, 2003 in Bethel Park, PA (inner) with the Trump Shot Horoscope set for 6:13 pm edt. Adjust the timing as you will, because hours that the first shot pinged past the stage from a distant AR-15-style rifle have appeared in a variety of sources from 6:00 pm to 6:15 pm edt. Yet as you see, with a birth time of 6:13 pm edt, Crooks' natal Moon @21Can36 was conjoined on July 13, 2024 (6:13 pm edt) by the Sun @21Can59, which suggests a measure of fulfillment or completion. Of the young man's life, as it tragically turned out. Plus, Cancer Moons are supersensitive and can be highly impressionable, you know.

The 5 North Eclipse of Thomas Crooks

Now there are multiple cosmic indications that the mother of Tom Crooks is somehow involved and according to his Wikipedia bio page, he lost his mother at age 7 (edit: this may not be accurate) so that deep anguish and emotional depression are givens. His classmates have described him as a loner (5N's Sun-Moon = Venus-Saturn marked on the Eclipse chart, below, which denotes a lonely life).

Yet we may never know exactly why Crooks, a registered Republican, acted against demagogue Trump. Yes, I have my inklings (to stop his election and the dystopian Project 2025 agenda? Some other Maga person would take over instead). You may find other implications of why? on the charts, but with this sensitive topic I must be careful not to even remotely cause harm. Plus, the families affected by Crooks' actions - one man killed, at least two people seriously injured - deserve attention and our concern if and as it's wanted. Besides, we know that Trump is dandy fine and is already in Milwaukee for RNC 2024. Accusations against Democrats are on steroids now!

Cautiously, I don't wish to type anymore about our current American Tragedy and although I disagree with everything Trump says, is, and does, that he remains alive is more of a positive than a negative thing for America, my only nag in the race.

DNC and RNC 2024: Significant Lunations

According to details on the DNC 2024 Convention, the event is scheduled to be held from August 19 to August 22, 2024 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. On the first day of the convention, a Full Moon perfects upon America's Aquarian Moon (in the July 4, 1776 late afternoon Horoscope) with "28AQ" = "A Tree Felled and Sawed." This Aquarian Moon (1776 and 2024) is opposed by Tr*mp's natal Mars rising which describes agent orange's aggressive targeting of We the People. So here's DNC 2024's Full Moon Horoscope with a few of my study notes penned on:

RNC July 2024 then DNC August 2024

Recently we Moon-tracked RNC 2024 (July 15--18, 2024: Moon from Scorpio to Sag). The DNC 2024 Moon (from 12:00 am CDT on August 19th to the midnight hour of August 22, 2024), begins in Aquarius and floats through Pisces into Aries. Not that political events tend to occur in the middle of the night, of course, but because the mundane Moon's signs and aspects provide information concerning the moods, trends, and feeling nature of the public as a convention proceeds from opening to closing day, and perhaps a few minutes before and after.

At DNC 2024, by entering Aries, the Moon crosses the Aries Point (of global events) and the North Node of public contact (7Aries+) along her way - and while in mystical Pisces, status quo Saturn and urge-to-merge Neptune will be met. To me this suggests that topics such as our social safety net programs are on the party's agenda via the Saturn-Neptune combination.

Add this to the Full Moon conjunct 1776 Moon in the humanitarian sign of Aquarius, and cosmic conditions point toward democracy's capacity to once again vanquish the brutality of the fascism offered by the anti-American GOP and their figurehead, agent orange, dictator-wannabe and convicted felon.

At least, that's the fight I hope the Democratic Party has and is prepared for. And We the People must join the fight by Voting Blue in November!

Meanwhile, within both conventions presidential nominations will be proposed, the primary objective of national conventions, expectably occurring during the final evening with DNC Moon in Aries (RNC 2024 Moon in late Sagittarius), along with multiple speeches, an acceptance speech by the nominee, and other events. But our focus with this post is primarily on the mood of the public which includes that of convention attendees and viewers at home (voters), with publicity of and during the conventions part of the cosmic lunar picture.

Death Cult's Moon 2017 Returns in 2024

For context, when we Moon-Tracked RNC 2024, Luna ranged from 7 Scorpio to 28 Sagittarius (crossing Trump's natal Moon-South-Node conjunction of fluctuating popularity). And perhaps you remember the position of the Inauguration 2017 Moon @9Sco21 so there will be a Lunar Return during RNC 2024 for Trumpers who fantasize about that 2017 feeling, deluded folks as they are. As you know, a Scorpio Moon suggests 'fighting for survival' issues along with the fabled moodiness of Scorpio and the potential for betrayal concerns. Additionally, Trump will experience a Lunar Return during RNC 2024 which for him always denotes a Moon-to-South-Node transit--not the best indicator for good timing or for popularity. Plus, for his nibs, every single Lunar Return is always a Moon-opposite-natal-Sun transit as well, so naturally relationships are involved.

Political Conventions in 2020 Restricted by Covid-19

Nostalgically, another cosmic comparison is when we Moon-Tracked DNC and RNC in 2020 which you'll recall were held virtually due to Covid-19. Even so, the DNC Moon of July 13, 2020 began her journey in pioneering Aries, while the RNC 2020 Moon of August 24th began her travels in--you guessed it--Scorpio, yet another echo of Inauguration 2017's Scorpio Moon.

DNC August 2024 - in Chicago!

Now perhaps you'll agree that the Democratic Party seems brave (or stupid!) to hold their 2024 Convention in the same city as in 1968 considering the upheaval and violence that erupted in Chicago (staged by opponents for the most part--I watched it on my TV: hired thugs). So here's a previous post concerning the solar and lunar background influences of that time via 1968 solar eclipses which have already repeated in 2022 and that is likely a moderating factor for 2024.

Plus, in 2024, came the visionary 8 North Solar Eclipse of April 8, 2024 holding sway over both conventions, as noted, and it's the third of three Total Great American Eclipses. Well, there you have it, a sort of jumbled up assessment of DNC and RNC 2024. Campaign 2024: The Biden-Trump Debates

The lack of Live audiences for both the June 27th and September 10th Biden-Trump debates will favor the quietly spoken President Biden while Trump's habitual bombastic overtalks and disruptive allegations will have not their usual usefulness for creating skewed sound bites. Lies from either debater will be called out by moderators, one hopes, making the events closer to what debates once were when policies and facts were stars of the show.

If this is accomplished, American voters will be informed on the issues prior to Election Day 2024 - what a grand idea! Plus, differences between the characters of the two men will be made obvious for the confused voter, and for those who stay busy working to pay bills and care for their families. Meanwhile, both debaters are seniors so the playing field on that score is level and therefore, moot.

Of course, this is if a certain felonious debater doesn't pull out prematurely because he and his staffers realize their mistake agreeing to such debate conditions. In his podcast episode from May, The Mop-Up's David Feldman says as much as he discusses Why Trump Will Lose Both Debates to Biden along with other topics and news of the day (#1550 audio only, shown below). David is known to be plain-spoken so beware if your feelings are easily trampled!

Maga Marge is "desperate"

Marjorie Taylor Greene is reportedly "desperate" to impeach President Biden over the border situation. Perhaps you've noticed her kicking up a storm of contention in the House and her extreme malcontent could hardy be more obvious. She's even assaulted her own political party calling Republicans "feckless" and useless" because they won't go along with her impeachment efforts, and all performed to please her idol, convicted felon Trump. Or are there bigger bosses behind the scenes pressuring her?

Well, we can see that Maga Marge is the restless kind who expects a lot, as shown by her natal chart even with only a "noon" horoscope to study.

And yes, we've considered her planets previously but here they are again. Below the chart I'll list the five dates of her current, first-ever Chiron Return/s the first of which occurs on or about June 19, 2024, and note that she may have been stirred up more than usual by the April 8, 2024 8 North Solar Eclipse ("dreams and visions") @19Ari24 conjunct transit Chiron, also @19Ari24 - even though her natal Chiron clocks in @22Ari56 in her noon chart (she's a sensitive gal, perhaps a bit psychic), as you see here with May 27, 2023 planets penned around the outside; her unrealistic expectations are in focus:

And if we add to these energies her big-dreaming, grand-scheming Jupiter-Neptune square we find Maga Marge having difficulty dealing with the harsh realities of life, prone to misjudgments, and somewhat on the gullible side. Now there's a quality an experienced con man can certainly take advantage of for his own purposes, yes?

July 2024: Trump Sentenced - then RNC 2024

By now everyone has heard that yesterday, May 30, 2024, Trump was convicted of all charges (guilty on 34 counts) by a jury of his peers in the Manhattan, NY courtroom of Judge Juan Merchan who then announced that the sentencing of "C.F. Trump" is scheduled for July 11, 2024 at 10:00 am edt.

Above you see a bi-wheel of horoscopes: Trump Sentenced (inner) and the first day Horoscope of RNC 2024 four days later (outer), a political event which we've previously discussed here.

Saturn: The Old Man of Karma

Naturally, there are multiple factors worth noting in the charts (exs: RNC 2024 Sun conjunct Herr T's natal Saturn with issues of authority and reliability. As you know, Saturn is the planet of karma, legalities, limits, flaws. Asteroid Justicia conjuncts his natal Mercury, and Justice-bringer Astraea conjuncts his natal Mars.

Mars-Uranus: Risk and Danger

However, my main focus in this post, due to his nibs' propensity for instructing his thugs and cult menbers toward committing violent acts, is the Mars-Uranus duo conjunct enraged star, Algol which twinkles upon the Midheaven of CFT's 1946 natal chart - how furious he must be - and how saturated with plans for taking revenge upon anyone who opposes him or stands in his way. And yes, this is a deadly situation particularly if he manages to coup the White House in November.

Then as you know, Inauguration Day 2021 saw a Mars-Uranus Conjunction @6Tau44 (3:38 pm est). Notably, in the above charts we find a disturbing midpoint picture: Mars-Uranus = his natal MC with potentials for: taking drastic measures; a pistol to the head; violence; injury (R. Ebertin).

Reaping the Consequences

So both July events fall under the influence of the 8 North ("dreams and visions"-- B. Brady) Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct wounded Chiron (also @19Ari24). Then is C.F. Trump wounded? Yes. But so is America, thanks to our nation's enemies, foreign and domestic, working against democracy under the gnatzie-style leadership of a man now known as Convicted Felon Trump. Also, both events have the same Syzygy Moon @14Cancer - conjunct starry Sirius, The Scorcher.

What I detest the most about this entire "Shakespearean" drama is that the degradation of old man Trump is simultaneously the degradation of every one of our three branches of government. In one way or another, he's managed to sabotage them all, much to our enemies' delight. And the treasonous plan of career criminals is ongoing.

And significantly, the previous Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017, his first year playing POTUS, landed directly upon Trump's natal Ascendant @29Leo and rising Regulus (success if revenge is avoided) and you'll remember how he famously removed his safety glasses and looked directly up at the eclipsed Sun multiple times, future blindness be dam*ed. But I suppose when you're born with regal Regulus and Apollo "the sun god" rising along with your brash Mars in royal Leo, you brazenly assume that you can get away with a stupid stunt like that and, with regal aplomb, you'll never have to reap the consequences.

Trump Trial May 30-31, 2024

Today's court session in Manhattan is symbolized by the 9:30 am edt horoscope (lower left) while tomorrow's session (assuming there is one) is shown (upper right) in this dual image:

A few of my study notes are sprinkled about and, as you see, the currently operative Great American Eclipse in the 8 North Saros Series (@19Ari24; April 8, 2024) will top the chart on Friday May 31st with its "dreams and visions" themes in The Goal Point position.

Meanwhile, wounded healer Chiron's presence - also a symbol of a blindspot - continues, and I believe is one of the 'stars' of this legal situation as a lifelong criminal is finally held to account and representing America's wound (racism and all!) - yet for some citizens, Chiron in Aries is their blindspot. Plus, transit Chiron is within process of America's Chiron Return (20Ari08) this very year. Importantly, Chiron also symbolizes the Christ archetype in Astrology which brings in the religious contentiousness now occurring in the US.

Saturn-Neptune: the illness axis of depressed, needy people

Significantly, both days contain Saturn-Neptune with Moon connotations although in a different order from today until Friday and the midpoint pictures' potentials are penned next to each horoscope. A notable cosmic echo is the fact that Baby Donald was born with ASC = Saturn-Neptune (oppressive environment) and now at trial there are strong suggestions of pathological depression, pessimism, and despair involved.

Trump hails a "unified Reich" if re-elected

When we discussed The Nazi Regime and Election 2024 back in 2022, little did we know that Herr T would say the quiet part out loud via a video posted to his "Truth" Social platform in which he referenced a "unified Reich" if he's re-elected in November. Allegedly, a staffer actually posted it while Big T sat or slept in a Manhattan courtroom on trial for election interference, Judge Merchan presiding.

Providing Americans with some murkiness to this disturbing issue, his "unified Reich" reference may possibly be more in relation to the formation of the German Empire in 1871, as the Associated Press reports.

Well, then! Let's consider for a moment the two German Empire Horoscopes of 1871, shall we? Both are found in Nicholas Campion's The Book of World Horoscopes (#ad): 1. German Empire - legal January 1, 1871 00:00 am LMT Berlin, Germany, ASC 7 Lib05; Mars rising (#123); 2. However, such cover is threadbare for I think the Third Reich Horoscope of January 30, 1933 (#126) with its Uranus @19Ari54, now conjunct by the 8 North Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 which conjuncts wounded Chiron @19:24, resonates more closely to Herr T and the GOP's dystopian "Project 2025" agenda of concentration camps, don't you?

Horoscopes: Biden-Trump Debates 2024

As you've heard, news sources are reporting that the Biden-Trump Debates of 2024 will he held in Atlanta, Georgia at CNN headquarters on June 27, 2024 9:00 pm, televised but with no Live audience, while the second debate is set for September 10, 2024 to be hosted on-air by ABC News, streaming via the ABC News app, and on Hulu.

So despite the possibility that the debate schedule could change or be canceled all together, here are the two Debate Horoscopes with my messy notes penned on.

Lower left is Debate #1 set for June 27, 2024 Atlanta, Georgia, and upper right is Debate #2 announced for September 10, 2024; both events occur under the influence of the Total 8 North 'Great American Eclipse' of dreams and visions, plus, transit Pluto at a critical degree dips back into Capricorn in time for the second debate while transit Neptune is at critical degree during the first debate and is final dispositor of both charts:

The Public Mood: Sagittarius, Then Pisces

Marked on the charts you'll find brief notes concerning the public mood, primarily a reference to the American people. Both signs for Luna suggest moodiness and other difficult conditions which may alternate between positive and negative.

Debating Mercury in Cancer, Then Virgo

In June, Mercury the messenger planet travels through Moon-ruled Cancer where patriotism, nationalism, tribalism, rhetoric, commerce, security, and self-protection tend to express. We should note that Cancer is the sign of Trump's natal Mercury which always ties in his problematic Mercury-Neptune square.

Then in September, speedy Mercury in Virgo is all about facts, details, logic, research, practicality, criticism, and/or cooperation. Notably, President Biden's natal Mercury is in deep-thinking Scorpio, an intuitive Water sign, as is the more commerce-adjacent sign of Cancer.

Trump Trial May 13, 2024: Michael Cohen

When the Election Interference trial of D. Trump gavels back in session on Monday May 13, 2024, it is expected that former Trump employee Michael Cohen will testify. Perhaps this will not be on Monday, but during the week since the prosecution announced on Friday that they have only two more witnesses to call.

Now I have only a noon natal horoscope in my files for Michael Cohen but a noon chart "works" quite well when snugged around a Trump Trial Horoscope set for May 13, 2024 9:30 am edt Manhattan, NY, as you see here:

And here's the Trump Trial May 13, 2024 9:30 am edt Manhattan, NY Horoscope by itself, study notes included; Rising is 19Can11; MC 00Ari20 with Neptune of the masses and mass media @29Pisces conjunct the star of misfortune, Scheat; of course with gaslighting Neptune there are issues of deception, fraud, and corruption with a large side order of cultism:

Because 19Can11 rises, the first house Moon in Leo is chart-ruler so her the opposition from Pluto is paramount (see the center of the chart); a sesquisquare from legal eagle Saturn indicates that complex and calculating questions will be posed. Meanwhile, Donald's first natal planet to rise is his 11th house Saturn @23Can48, followed closely by natal Venus @25:44. This suggests potentials such as the wide age difference between Donald and Stormy, the austere surroundings and cold atmosphere in the court room, discontent in relationships, and/or scenes of jealousy (R. Ebertin). This is where I add, poor ole fella.

Now as you know, this Election Interference Trial is occurring under the auspices of the Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct Chiron also @19Ari24 in the 8 North Saros Series of '"dreams and visions" (not entered on the chart but in 10th house between Chiron and North Node if it were). With Mr. Trump bringing to the surface America's original wound of racism, we're given a karmic opportunity to deal with such flaws in the American psyche but as we all know, there are dark forces operating across the globe today, determined to make matters worse in US society, not to find solutions.

In fact, outside actors have been maliciously working against democracy for years and they think they're about to successfully destroy Enlightenment principles once and for all. Theirs is a global movement which includes various criminal networks of thugs and thieves, which means that the US government is fighting against a vast entity, a cabal that would destroy our nation - and not just against the orange marauder and his cultish gang of barbarians and berserkers.

Obviously, industrialists, the robber baron generation and their spawn (biological and/or ideological) are indicated and America's homegrown anarchists and malcontents are identified by radical Uranus. These days, the Revolutionary rebels of 1776 are used to mask saboteurs now working to undermine and collapse America as we saw demonstrated on January 6, 2021 by Donald's violent coup attempt. As you know, his effort is ongoing.

So all this makes up one of the primal reasons why Election 2024 results cannot go the barbarian way of primal Pluto's animalism!

Then when it comes to prosecution witness Michael Cohen, we know that he was born into a difficult eclipse series, the 4 North, with themes of "restriction, restraint, illusion." The last manifestation of a 4 North Eclipse was the Summer Solstice 2020 Eclipse @00Cancer of worldwide events - yet we knew not what November 2020 would bring! One of the things it brought was Election 2020 - and a 4 South Solar Eclipse @23Sag08 on the very day of the Electoral College Vote which went for Joe Biden, and sparked sore loser Trump's 'Big Lie' (illusion) from which the American people still suffer - the believers and non-believers alike.

Notable in the trial chart is a dynamic T-square in which the fearful Moon-Pluto opposition points toward testifying Mercury @28Aries, the "A Large Disappointed Audience" degree. Plus, Mercury conjuncts the J6 Mars which may or may not be significant.

So! My hope is that this weekend post is not a complete waste of time and effort since I don't actually know for certain that Michael Cohen will testify Monday, next week, or at all. Remembering the Kent State Massacre

The 54th Anniversary of Nixon's Kent State Massacre

In 2010, the Horoscope of the Kent State Massacre May 4, 1970 was published here on SO'W with quite a few astro-notes included. For details of the event and the astrology, I recommend to you a review of this vintage post concerning America's loss of all moral authority under Richard Nixon as he played the role of President of the United States to the extent that Washington had any left after the multiple assassinations of the 1960s, lying the American people into war, and other unsavory actions.

You see, the Kent State student protests were against Nixon's invasion of Cambodia during the Vietnam War, a ritual bloodbath, just like the rest. Subsequently, anti-war protests across the country became more vigorous and were very much a generational clash. And it was the Kent State Massacre that cast a stark spotlight on DC politics gone horribly wrong.

Strong-Armed Paternalism Is Dangerous

Adding complexity to this May 4's 54th anniversary of the tragic event, a deep wound in America's Collective psyche, is the current campaign to force criminal immunity into the tiny hands of one D. Trump, who longs to be in power again and will use whatever force against the American people that his tyrannical dreams of retribution via the ultimate power position require. In other words, mobbed-up Donald wants to be king of America, with no accountability for his crimes. This suggests that Big Orange must be planning some horrific fates for people on his enemies list (the kind of list that vengeful Nixon also maintained).

Yet despite it all, perhaps scofflaw Trump's efforts to change the form of government in our country from a democratic Republic to authoritarian fascism doesn't lead you, dear reader, to link his brutal tendencies with the Kent State Massacre and its perpetrator, Nixon - even though Trump is singing from the If the president does it, it isn't illegal hymnal. Or perhaps you're simply not interested as if such a change wouldn't affect you and your loved ones; or maybe you're a member of the let-someone-else-do-it club.

Well, current campus protests on behalf of the victimized people of Gaza are under scrutiny in many quarters yet with Joe Biden in the White House, assaults against student protesters would have to come from a different source than the Oval Office. And if young voters in November turn from President Biden, they'll be making a tragic mistake for themselves and for our country.

8 North Eclipse 1970 Now Repeats in 2024

As for influential Solar Eclipses, the current 8 North, aka, the Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct Chiron (19:24), is the very same Saros Series in which the Kent State Massacre occurred, but then 8N fell @17Pisces on March 7, 1970 with themes of, "dreams, visions, and new-found inspiration" (B. Brady) - to stay in power? For as you know, eclipse cycles and historical cycles tend to be in sync as seen by similar conditions and events. "History rhymes," as they say.

And so below you see an unmarked version of the May 4, 1970 Massacre Horoscope of the moment that students on the Kent State campus were shot by National Guardsmen who were mysteriously ordered to point and shoot in unison via Tricky Dick Nixon. Some say no order was given to fire, but this defies logic. The killings and woundings were perpetrated at 12:24 pm, and two of the fatalities were merely heading to class, and were not protesters at all. You'll note that in 1970, wounded Chiron was traveling through Mars-ruled Aries just as now. In 9th house, Chiron values democratic ideals (not tyranny); in Aries, Chiron values education and actively seeking truth.

Then as you see in the following horoscope, 10Leo27 rises at that fateful minute and only now can we realize that 10Leo02 is the degree of Trump's 12th house Pluto = Mars-Saturn midpoint picture with its deadly implications of destruction, physical harm, the deaths of many people, and the intervention of a higher power (R. Ebertin). Plus, Mars-Saturn (the death axis in any horoscope) conjunct Ascendant indicates potentials for health threats and/or bereavement. Tragically for students in Ohio and their loved ones on May 4, 1970, both potentials became reality.

Naturally, other contacts exist between May 4, 1970 planets and Trump's natal planets - Donald was a mere 23 years old on that day - but listing them is beyond the scope of this post which is meant as a remembrance of the 1970 Massacre of students, May they R.I.P. - murdered by an out-of-control psychotic US president, hypersensitive to criticism. Yesterday's oral arguments at the Supreme Court for and against "absolute immunity" for presidents took strange turns thanks to the "conservative" justices, the "Cons" as I'll term them in this post. Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson stood out for their attempts to protect our nation's traditional understanding of what all presidents know as they enter the White House: that crimes can be prosecuted once they're out of office. After all, what was the Nixon pardon about?

Even Con Justice Barrett had a few words to offer; however, she might be symbolized in the 2024 chart, below, by the Scorpio Moon leading a BOWL shape, an advocate for a cause which could be little more than sustaining an attachment to comforts and special privileges. And on another level for the paternalistic theocracy now forcing second class citizenship and handmaidism upon the women of America and infesting state legislatures across the land. So from yesterday's Mercurial arguments, it's apparent that the Cons believe, or are pretending to believe, that, "When a president does it, it isn't illegal," as crooked Nixon famously informed interviewer David Frost. I say pretend to believe because they seem to me to be acting under pressure of some kind, if only to protect their personal comforts and the "gifts" they enjoy for their anti-democratic services. Check the chart below for Neptune-Pluto = Mercury (upper center) and Neptune-Pluto conjunct 2024 MC (lower right corner) with the titanic pair symbolizing criminal elements and/or organized crime. Their figurehead of the moment: the long-mobbed-up Herr Trump.

And of course all this shows that Cons intend to dismiss the principles of the great Magna Carta from America! Brazenly arrogant, aren't they?

White Power-Aryanism-'MAGA'

So from whence comes the "furious storm" that Con justices and other Trumpists ride? That would be the 6 South Eclipse of July 1860 with its seditious energies of domination by strong-armed paternalism as their goal. Significantly, 6 South Eclipses repeated in October 2022 @2Scorpio (PE of Midterms 2022 when seditious 'Maga's grabbed control of the House of Reps--and look how they've worked to damage it) and in August 1932 @8Virgo as what I've termed the Nazis Rise to Power Eclipse for obvious reasons. So you see where the Cons are determined to go with this, as if you didn't already know!

Bi-Wheel: SCOTUS 1790 with Mercury Direct April 25, 2024 (Orals):

Now naturally, I had a glance back at the SCOTUS 1st Session 1790 Horoscope (inner), a topic which has been discussed here on previous occasions. Of note is that the current 8 North Solar Eclipse, the Great American Eclipse of April 8, 2024 @19Ari24 conjunct wounded Chiron, is the Prenatal Solar Eclipse Series in which the 1st session of the Supreme Court was held! Are the Court's dreams and visions today the same as those of 1790? What do you think? Well, today it appears that they dream of fascism in America.

So yesterday's oral arguing planets made a few contacts with the 1790 1st session planets as you see above, and I've used the very moment that Mercury turned Direct as a transit chart. In fact, a rather stark cosmic spotlight is cast upon 1790 Mercury @00Pis46 in 12th house. And there's an obvious emphasis on the Venus-Mars duo which spotlights yesterday's male vs female justices and their questions as the ladies brought reality to fantasy (Neptune-MC = Saturn). A few other notes are penned on the bi-wheel but you'll spy several other important factors, I'm certain, because frankly, this post would have to be an e-book to cover them all!
