12N Eclipse of 2028 and Pluto hit our 1776 South Node

Solar and Lunar Eclipses 2026 - 2028:

As we see, the 12 North ("12N") Solar Eclipse of January 26, 2028 is listed as Annular with a duration of 10M 27S so it's a long one. Manifesting @6AQ11:01, this repetition of a 12N eclipse lands upon America's 1776 South Node along with transit Pluto. With the Nodal Axis always a karmic or fated indicator, there are chickens come home to roost/reap what was sown flavors to the proceedings from late 2027 into 2028.

Add the presence of transformative Pluto, another karmic indicator, and we have Eclipse-Sun, Eclipse-Moon, and Eclipse-Pluto signatures; plus, the South Node connection is a cosmic time link that points toward America's Revolutionary era and our nation's founding - all topics on the table in recent years as social and political matters must now reach culmination in one way or another.

Yet also suggested by the Eclipse-Pluto-SN trio are obstacles to, and limitations of, the power potential, sparse or lost resources, a lack of cooperation from others (via the Saturnian South Node's separative quality), and a feeling of being alone against the world. Perhaps you've noticed that the current regime has been instrumental in setting up such conditions for the US and for the American people.

Eclipse-Sun: solar goals and affairs unify primarily within the house involved (11th) via the themes of the Eclipse (listed, below);

Eclipse-Moon: the populace obtains deeper understanding of the past and its influence upon present events via experience combined with intuitive or psychic ability; emotional intelligence can play a part in knowing what must be done for karmic progress to be made; others express a skeptical attitude, ignoring intuition and repeating past mistakes; this leads to further karmic setbacks or newly formed karmic impasses.

Eclipse-Pluto: a power indicator signaling that groups of people and the masses are involved; positive responses increase the power of a charismatic leader who will generate karmic progress; negative responses include a variety of criminal offenses such as war and gang war, rape, and other predatory actions against humanity (R. Lineman). Naturally, with intense Pluto in the picture, there are elements of manipulation, control, and obsession involved, along with spies and assa*sins.

Even so, the conjunction of Pluto and South Node denotes self-reliance and an innate resourcefulness that inspire survival under hardships. So don't despair or give up, no matter what!

12 North themes: Opportunities suddenly arrive for accepting greater responsibilities due to another individual being unable to carry on; initially, events are difficult but results can be positive (paraphrasing B. Brady). 12N Eclipses have occurred in the years 1901, 1919, 1937 (Dec 2 @10Sag), 1955, 1973, 1992, 2010, (2028). Next will be 2046 @17AQ+. (paraphrasing Predictive Astrology, B. Brady #ad)

Then for readers who wish more details concerning the 2028 12 North, its initial manifestation occurred on May 19, 1613 @28Tau38, so use a Venusian Taurus lens to view the upcoming Uranian and Saturnian matters embedded within the sign of Aquarius. Eclipses in Taurus always involve issues of endurance, patience, and reliability - but stubbornness, intolerance, indolence, and extravagance must be avoided. In Aquarius, Eclipes are more about innovative approaches and novel solutions to karmic problems; humanitarian groups are often involved; however, we must avoid making whimsical changes and/or taking precipitous actions for best results, for action must be geared to fit the situation. Of note in May 1613, Pluto clocked in @5Tau51, a rather wide 22-degree orb with the Eclipse.

DC Horoscope: 12 North Eclipse of 2028

In closing, above is a view of the 12 North Eclipse of January 26, 2028 set for Washington DC - sans my usual scribbles (you're welcome!). Besides conjunction with Pluto, two other planetary aspects to the Eclipse provide further information: Ecl trine Uranus = friends and colleagues help overcome karmic problems and provide solutions; Ecl sextile Neptune = karmic resources are available including compassion, sensitivity, and spiritual and intuitive powers so that opportunities exist for karmic improvement as circumstances for positive Neptunian attributes are encouraged (R. Can neo-Nazis Foxtrot in Washington DC?

Within the current Tr*mp regime's architectural projects intended to remake the city of Washington DC and America in his image, one question seems prominent when we consider it in that history rhymes sort of way: Did Hitl*r Build a Ball Room After Coming into Power? Well, there are issues with the truthiness of such an assertion, so do check out the article if you wish.

The image taken via my phone shown below is a horoscope of August 2, 1934 "12:00 pm CET" Berlin, Germany, and for details, a link to previous astro-notes follows.

As you see, Sun conjuncts Midheaven (leadership is the goal) and opposite, the Foundation Point of the chart (IC) @6AQ19 is where transit Pluto now hangs around. Of course, this degree also happens to be the Zodiacal position of America's 1776 South Node. And as you know, the Pluto/SN combination contains a Saturnian flavor (SN of separation and relying on what hasn't worked in the past) and is symbolic of large social movements such as war, restriction, and privation.

For as history shows, Hitl*r delivered those conditions, and in our time, Mr. T is in process of delivering them, too:

And if we considered a bi-wheel of Ad*lf's natal chart surrounded by his August 2, 1934 'elevation to power' chart, we'd find a major transit: electrical Uranus to his natal Sun suggesting a new identity and taking an entirely new direction.

But why two Eclipses? Because 8 days is well within the two-week window during which eclipse themes can begin to express even as the previous eclipse themes remain influential.

Then an additional factor suggesting the party's strong determination to force their plans into reality is that the 8 North Eclipse @25AQ was conjoined in 1934 by transit Saturn (@25AQ59 Rx) which identifies those who are responsible for, and able to carry out the themes of the Eclipse which, in this case, indicates the visions and vivid dreams of the Nazi Party in 1934. However, a negative indicator of Saturn in Aquarius is ambitious plans without a sound foundation (R. Ebertin). So it seems to me that a death cult bringing brutal animalism and millions of fatalities to the world turned out to be a very bad plan. And so it remains.

Looking ahead, let's close this fussy post by adding that the IC of the above Naz*-esque horoscope of 1934 will receive the 12 North Solar Eclipse of January 26, 2028 @6Aquarius with 12 North themes of "greater responsibilities and opportunities as a result of someone being unable to carry on; events are difficult but outcomes are positive."

As you see in the List below, Total Solar and Lunar Eclipses are underscored and the 12 North Solar Eclipse of January 26, 2028 is circled (6AQ11:01) because it conjuncts US 1776 South Node and transit Pluto simultaneously; Pluto-SN notes follow:

During periods of time when transformative Pluto and the Saturnian South Node meet, we may expect large-scale events within the Collective that are beyond personal control, bringing danger and risk to personal security. Obviously, victimization and persecution result. Yet on the positive side, this period will encourage self-reliance and enhance our ability to survive under difficult circumstances. However, it's only natural that resentment and misunderstandings are also to be expected.

For as we're already seeing in 2025, major reforms are and will fail to take into consideration how negatively people's lives are effected by cruel social and political changes, and folks will be forced to regenerate their lives without the help of others. Of course, we think of America's social safety net programs that have been under threat from greedy economic royalists since the FDR administration created them in the 1930s to reduce poverty and the suffering and loss it brings. Therefore, strengthening and supporting our communities will be essential for best results, as I'm certain you already know.

Now curiously enough, Solar Eclipses in the above Saros Series manifested during the miserable Naz* Era: 10 North December 25, 1935 through 12 North December 2, 1937.

And so with History rhyming as Eclipse Cycles manifest "like clockwork" on a 18.6-year schedule, revealed here are the "hardship" that Elon M*sk predicted for the American people coupled with the American Carn*ge that Mr. Tr*mp foretold in his Inaugural Address of January 20, 2017 - both predictions now aided by the barbarians of Project 2025 mindset as they purge our population of those they consider useless to their authoritarian agenda of power and dystopian control.

This is another reminder of the vicious Naz* era - returning for humanity to better deal with its brutality than before. Yes, this is what the repetitive Eclipse Cycle is intended for - to provide further opportunities for karmic progress to be made. Or not, thanks to bad faith actors of the barbarian kind who unfortunately control the levers of power now more than they did in the 1930s. They grew the fascist movement into a global conflagration.

And so in closing, dear reader, I wish to apologize for this dreary post because, as a Saturnian astrologer, it would be remiss of me to dress up such drab topics like a self-deluded emperor sporting his distasteful birthday suit. For after all, the entire world has had enough of that madness already.
