When Was America's Longest Government Shutdown?

So far, America's longest federal government shutdown of 34 days occurred under orders from D. J. Tr*mp who inhabited the Oval Office at the time. Whether the current shutdown will best his previous record set in 2018-2019 remains to be seen, but it's clear that all Americans will be negatively effected in some way or ways, as the shutdown harms the US economy and causes losses that in these early days of the shutdown are difficult to predict.

Now as a Saturnian astrologer, I do try to be realistic as possible and so I must relate this vise-like situation to Mr. T's Mars rising in Leo directly opposing the US Aquarius Moon's position in the late afternoon of July 4, 1776. To me, it feels as if the red-tied fellow's belligerence is obvious and his targeting of We The People is there for all to see who will. Plus, our 1776 Moon's Sabian Symbol is telling: "A Tree Felled and Sawed," and I believe that's what these saboteurs are up to, sorry to say.

Just ask OMB manager Russell Vought who is said to relish the current government shutdown as a major purging opportunity, a part of his dystopian Project 2025 agenda which the Heritage Foundation has planned for years.

So! Above you see two DC Horoscopes with Sabian Symbols added for both: the 10 North Solar Eclipse (lower right) which perfects on February 17, 2026 @28AQ49 and rising in DC, along with the Great Conjunction of the social safety net program duo of Saturn and Neptune on February 20, 2026 @00Ari45 (upper right). This is a rock'em'sock'em pair of cosmic events as far as Political Astrology and society are concerned, or at least that's how I must realistically look at it. But as always, dear reader, you do you.

Brief Saturn-Neptune Astro-Notes

You'll remember that Saturn and Neptune last joined forces 3 times in 1989 in the 10-12 Capricorn degree range of the Tropical Zodiac under Mr. Reagan, with the 1980s known as The Decade of Greed.

Plus, the planetary pair's midpoint is known as the "illness axis" and symbolizes weak, ill, and/or poor folk who are deeply despised by power elite politicians and the billionaires who financially support them, as well as undermining circumstances and/or "the methodical execution of plans" (R. Ebertin). These are plans such as the Project 2025 purge agenda. Yes, privation and/or renunciation can occur under Saturn-Neptune influences. And with the duo conjunct Aries Point, Ebertin adds a potential for hysteria. Sorry, but there it is.

Meanwhile, with a mere smidgeon of stretching, the 10 North Eclipse of 2026 may be entitled, the "A Tree Felled and Sawed" Eclipse if we don't mind backing up a degree from the rounded-up "29AQ" to the previous karmic confrontation degree of "28AQ," and this is why I consider the 2026 manifestation of 10 North to be a significant eclipsing of the American people (throwing shade on us!) because this Symbol correlates with the events and conditions in society that are being manipulated at the present time by saboteurs of the criminal kind. Because we know that all eclipses are karmic and are often labeled "wild cards" of the Universe in relation to complete changes of direction like an unexpected "bolt from the blue."

Then finally, if we consult Rose Lineman's Eclipse book concerning a Moon-Eclipse conjunction, we find that our intuitive understandng of past events and their effects on the present (ex: past government shutdowns) is a blessing in disguise for conscious awareness will provide us with knowledge of actions we should take in order to ensure progress.

It's the skeptics who wish to repeat mistakes of the past in order to gum up the works who must be overcome.

Government Shutdown Oct 1, 2025: Astrology Chart

Although yours truly has an aversion to publishing horoscopes for events which may not occur, below are two images for you. For as you know, yet another Republican Government Shutdown is likely to occur as of 12:01 am edt October 1, 2025. This time threats have been made that federal workers are to be fired, not only furloughed or temporarily forced to stay home.

If so, this will be part of their Project 2025 purge agenda intended to collapse our country and crash the US economy, and perhaps the global economy, too.

Plus, mass firings of US government workers will identify all the other government shutdowns (since Newt 1995/96) as rehearsals for the "real thing" - October 1, 2025.

And so below are two DC Horoscope images for you. The first is an unmarked Government Shutdown 2025 Horoscope, followed by a bi-wheel of the 9 New South Solar Eclipse of September 21, 2025 (theme: longterm worries surface about loved ones, health, paperwork issues - B. Brady). Obviously, the 9NS Eclipse's critical 29th degree of Virgo (sign of work, civil and military service, health) contains a major crisis factor, and Mr. T and his Maga minions are exploiting it:

Now when we add the October 1, 2025 transits to the Eclipse chart, the Moon-Jupiter opposition is Angular (a timer meaning that events tend to occur), and forms a T-Square to apex Mercury in 9th house (@21Libra27: "new ideas for a new future" - N. Tyl). Additionally, the Moon-Jupiter opposition (notated and highlighted, upper) denotes that our "trust and finances have been put in the wrong hands" - A. Oken). Now there's a factoid no one needs Astrology to tell them!

Epstein Birthday Book an echo

How could the 2003 Epstein Birthday Book with content collected into book form and presented to the birthday boy by Ghislaine Maxwell on the occasion of Epstein's 50th birthday (2003) including suggestive sentiments written and drawn by his years-long pal, Donald Tr*mp, be an echo of anything?, you ask.

Because as noted in the book, "Robert Maxwell, Israel's Superspy: The Life and Murd*r of A Media Mogul" by Gordon Thomas and Martin Dillon (#ad), we find that a Birthday Book was assembled by Maxwell's wife, Betty, on the occasion of her husband's 65th birthday in 1988. Besides the book, Betty organized a weekend-long affair including 5 separate, lavish celebrations.

From the book, paperback p. 171:

"It was to outshine any other party that year, perhaps of any year. The great and the good of the world were to be invited. Lesser mortals - his editors, senior executives and authors - were all to be asked to contribute to the book. Its theme would be his part in world publishing, the emphasis to be on the word 'world'. It would have the title Festschrift` and would remain for ever as a testament to his 'pre-eminent role' in the fields of technology, science, and education. No despot or dictator, not even Stal*n, Mao or Hitl*r, had demanded such approbation for a birthday gift.

Three thousand guests were invited. {} It was to be his coronation with orchestras playing at one end of a marquee that would have comfortably housed a Boeing 747.

Each guest would receive a copy of the hagiography of his life, a book that so far had been conspicuous by its modest sales.

{}With the kind of flare that would have suited a Roman emperor, Robert Maxwell" in black tie and tails "was to enter 'this theater of the absurd' heralded by a 'fanfare of trumpets.' Nero could not have wished for more."

As for his illustrious guests in June 1988, "--Presidents Reagan and Gorbachev, and Britain's PM Margaret Thatcher sent birthday wishes but found excuses not to attend." However, they did send "ambassadors, lower-ranking diplomats, and the middle echelon of Rothschild's and lesser bankers" to represent them. In many ways the gathering was a cross between a stockholders' meeting and a convention of moneylenders.

Did You Say International Espionage?

So how did Jeffrey Epstein operate, abuse girls, and people-collect for so many years with hardly a ruffle? Friends in high places obviously helped. Yet nowadays, there are suggestions that Epstein was the public face of a global sex-trafficking ring focused on children, and that he also had been 'gifted' with an extortion operation for ___ government/s to manipulate and control certain assets and agents - to keep mouths shut as it were, and to force votes when it was deemed necessary. However, it's true that blackmail may not be the case with Epstein, but this is what many folks are saying.

In addition, financial activities such as money laundering and secret bank accounts were involved.

11 South Eclipses: the first and the next

Not shown here is the chart of the July 11, 1991 11 South Eclipse @19Cancer under which Robert Maxwell's mysterious death occurred. Jeffrey Epstein died under the rays of a 3 North Eclipse which manifested on July 2, 2019 at @11Cancer (conjunct his natal Descendant). Historically, a 3 North Eclipse heralded the WTC attacks of 9/11/01 with its "news that transforms situations" theme (parphrasing B. Brady). Well, Jeffrey's demise certainly did - for a lot of people.

Then on the topic of Epstein's sudden increase of wealth years ago, a huge amount of Robert Maxwell's money (and clandestine contacts?) were allegedly passed on to Epstein, perhaps through Maxwell's favorite daughter, Ghislaine, but let's hold that thought until more facts are revealed - facts that could possibly influence a collapse of multiple global systems including world financial syndicates.

Potentials may crest around the time of the "systems fail; reforms are needed; blocks may be tragically or violently removed" (B. Brady) 11 South Solar Eclipse of August 2, 2027, horoscope shown above, along with the initial (first ever) 11 South Eclipse Horoscope of 1360.

By considering the initial 11 South Eclipse we can use its sign and ruler to expand details - Cancer ruled by the Moon which suggests intuition and/or psychism with a side order of karmic family ties and ancestral links. This creates a lens through which to view the 2027 repetition of 11 South in Sun-ruled Leo, sign of ego, pride, pomposity, vainglory, and leadership. An ancient Eclipse hints at the Crusades and crusaders, perhaps via ancestral descent (biological and/or ideological). Of course, both Maxwell (real name, Hoch) and Epstein were Jewish so ancient or more recent ancestral links may apply.

And btw, 11 South and its difficult themes influenced the first shot of the American Revolution, thus the war itself; 11 South was @11Pis11 then which through shady Pisces denotes secrecy and subversion (typical in war) and the higher spiritual awareness necessary in order to avoid falling prey to illusions (R. Lineman). One might suggest General Washington for such a spiritual task. Then as with all wars, much misery and suffering came along for the ride with Virgo-Pisces being the victim-savior axis.

Let's Close This Fussy Post

You'll note that Epstein's natal is only a noon chart (all I had at the time) although an accurate hour for his birth has been ascertained as 6:15 am. So check out his natal chart here with an AA rating for accuracy, and 12Cap03 rising which makes karmic Saturn his chart-ruler, and brings the urge-to-merge planet of fraud, illusion, and delusion with it: Neptune.

How interesting that a plethora of details are being revealed about Jeffrey Epstein now that Saturn and Neptune are in the closing stage of their three Conjunctions of 1989 - and all three Conjunctions @10-12Capricorn landed upon Epstein's natal Ascendant (12Cap03). Saturn in Capricorn = a strong will; Neptune in Capricorn = strange objectives obtained by crooked means (R. Ebertin).

And potentials of Saturn-Neptune = ASC? An emotionally depressing environment; emotional suffering caused by other persons; oppressive family circumstances; limitation of freedom (R.E.). Plus, denials of guilt are often involved along with extended deceptive practices (M. Munkasey). The fact that Jeffrey Epstein was born during the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction year of 1953 personalizes the planetary pair to his life so that cosmic time links apply: 1953 to 1989 to 2026 with their cycle approximately 36 years in duration.

So now, dear reader, you're welcome to disagree, but since Jeffrey was a spry 36-year-old in 1989 (also a Jupiter Return year), I'm guessing that his victims were the ones doing the suffering. Yet by August 2019, there are astrological indications that the imprisoned Jeffrey Epstein himself was under the pall of grievous emotional suffering and dark forebodings. Never Appease Bullies!

After the so-called "Alaska Summit" recently between supplicant D. Tr*mp and Russia's dictator V. Put*n, some pundits have called the photo op for the Russian dictator "appeasement" which recalls the historical appeasement of A. Hitler by Britain's PM Neville Chamberlain. Needless to say, comparisons between the two events are being made.

Yet this limited Monday post isn't the time or place to delve into details of how PM Chamberlain returned to the UK with the Munich Agreement (signed September 30, 1938) which ceded part of Czechoslovakia to aggressive Germany. Meanwhile, Tr*mp apparently is ready to hand aggressive Put*n part or parts of Ukraine (as if they're Donny J's to give - perhaps it's symbolic).

So let's take a look at Neville Chamberlain's natal chart and a bi-wheel with his Prenatal Eclipse (PE = 15 South; themes are listed) surrounded by a noon horoscope of the Munich Agreement of 1938 (noting that Czechoslovakia was left out of the to-do just as the Put*n-Tr*mp "Alaska Summit" left Ukraine out of the "diplomatic" picture).

Gracious plenty astro-notes are squooshed upon the charts for the curious reader including a few 1938 to 1869 midpoint pictures, plus, we find that DJT's natal Neptune horns in at the Sun-MC point (wrong objectives; apathy) in 4th house:

In closing, I should add that the 12 South 1938 Solar Eclipse of the Munich Agreement is not shown on the chart but it would be in 11th house @7Gemini conjunct US 1776 Uranus.

NATO Horoscope and Summit June 2025

A request has been received to publish here the NATO Horoscope. Actually, there are four such horoscopes in my files so below you see a dual image of 'NATO founded' (April 4, 1949; upper right) and NATO (August 24, 1949: President Truman signed the entity into existence; lower left). Timings were verified years ago to be as accurate as possible based on historical records but if you prefer other timings, you do you).

This morning's New Moon @4Can08 conjoined NATO's 9th house Uranus in its August 24, 1949 Horoscope ('unusual twists of fate' - Munkasey) while simultaneously conjoining America's 1776 Venus-Jupiter (thinking of new ways of coping) and the natal Sun of Elon Musk (focusing on fame, popularity, and daily events). As for Tr*mp, his attendance means little other than a disruption and there is a Jupiter-Neptune with more Neptune vibe that suggests his ideas are seen as odd and/or unclear - which we already know!:

Since NATO was set up and became operative in 1949, it seems significant that a New Moon @00Vir39 perfected the evening prior -- at 11:59:01 pm edt to be precise, seconds before midnight on August 23, 1949 - with a New Moon identifying the beginning of a cycle and "pregnant" with plans in process of being hatched and implemented. So here's the 4th house New Moon Horoscope with aspect grid that relates to the establishment of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization:

The final NATO chart in my files has been previously published due to the fact that the 6 South Solar Eclipse of October 25, 2022 @2Scorpio landed directly upon NATO's August 24, 1949 Ascendant with 6S themes of being forceful, taking power; manic energy; sudden events; huge effort in a group activities (paraphrasing B. Brady).

You might recognize 6 South as the solar influence running in the background during the 2022 Midterms when Maga/neo-Nazis and Christian Nationalists of the bossy theocratic (holier-than-thou) persuasion managed to infiltrate the US House of Representatives, proudly sporting AK-47 lapel pins, and some of whom like the fact that the GOP now amounts to a death cult:

April 2025 for Mr. Trump

With expansive planet Jupiter traversing Mr. Tr*mp's 10th house of Career and Public Status where his Uranus-North-Node-Sun trio resides, let's consider a few of Jupiter's potential effects in April for the determined-on-success "Mr. T" (one of my pet names for him).

Overblown and Over the Line As Usual

So in April 2025, Mr. T's well-known "lucky streak" continues, even expands. A stand-out transit is expansive Jupiter conjunct his natal 10th house Uranus (17Gem53) which simultaneously forms a Jupiter-trine-Jupiter transit for his stationary 2nd hou$e Jupiter @17Lib27 which stimulates his natal Jupiter-Uranus trine of good fortune and lucky breaks. The Sabian Symbol for 18Gemini: "Two Chinese Men Talking Chineses in a Western Crowd" - as I'm certain they do. We might also mention that the Symbol for his natal Moon degree is "A Chinese Laundry," and his South Node = "Immigrants Entering a New Country".

Why even the transiting Moon chimes in on April 12th by spotlighting his natal Jupiter in Venus-ruled Libra, and as you know, a blending of Moon-Jupiter tends toward happiness yet legal conflicts are other possibilities - especially with his Jupiter in Scales of Justice Libra. Plus, the Libra Moon is handle of a Bucket so action is directed by, or is filtered through, the Lunar connection to his natal Jupiter: wife, lady lawyer, or perhaps both?

Bi-Wheel: Tr*mp natal (inner) surrounded by the Transit Chart of April 12, 2025 9:42:33 am edt; notably, this is actually the third of three conjunctions of tr Jupiter to his chaos-creating Uranus (his guiding planet) since entering 10th house in May 2024, so the third conjunction shown here qualifies as the resolution phase. My astro-notes are listed on the image for the curious reader; see the bottom of the image for other transits of Jupiter - two more in late April, and Jupiter conjunct natal Sun once on May 8, 2025; naturally, other transits and progressions can modify these Jupiterian potentials but today we're focused on transit Jupiter in Gemini for the Orange Jupiterian:

So it's good fortune all around for America's albatross and significantly, transit Jupiter won't leave its shadow until April 30, 2025 which precisely marks the end of Mr. T's "first 100 days" of his second term - and on this very day comes an emotionally lowering Jupiter-opposite-natal-Moon transit listed, lower right corner. Then apparently not quite everything will be "coming up roses" in April for Mr. T., including his domestic scene, relationships with females (a break-up?), and/or there may be conflicts with family members.

Tom Homan the "Border Czar"

Let's take a look at the natal planets of lawman Tom Homan, Mr. Trump's choice as "border czar" once his draconian Project 2025 purge agenda gets underway in 2025.

Born in West Carthage, New York on November 28, 1961, the natal Moon of Thomas Douglas Homan remained in Leo for the entire 24 hours of the day, and with Sun in early Sagittarius, baby Tom was and remains a volatile, dramatic double Fire individual, a good blend for law enforcement as are his Mercury and Pluto in mutual reception (surveillance; obsession with delving into people's secrets). Meanwhile, his Sun-Mars Conjunction ruled by expansive Jupiter provides Mr. Homan with plenty of energy for chasing crime, engaging in a variety of physical activities, and such.

So in lieu of an accurate birth time, here's the 12:00 pm est natal horoscope of America's new "border czar," Tom Homan - unless Trump quirkily changes his mind; notable is his 18 North Solar Eclipse Series for which we need no accurate birth time, only a date:

Additionally, Mr. Homan's Sun-Mars duo is squared by both Uranus and Pluto so you'll spy a few notations penned on the chart relating to potentials for ruthless energy, militarism, and force.

Then another signficant notation on the chart is his Jupiter-Saturn duo (government officials; politicians; lawmen; clergymen), the midpoint of which now has transit Pluto @29Capricorn activating the duo's energies in society. Not for the traditional checks 'n' balances, but for possibilities of violent changes, immense effort, separation, and/or restriction (R. Ebertin).

Of course, before any of this can poise upon the edge of reality, Mr. Homan must first navigate the choppy waters of the Trump administration's appointment process which, as we've seen in the past, is inherently unstable and dependent upon erratic, fantasy-prone individuals.

119th Congress: Jeffries or Johnson?

Placing the noon Horoscope of the 119th Congress (January 3, 2025) inside bi-wheels with natal horoscopes of House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and current Speaker of the House and election denier, maga Mike Johnson produces plenty of food for thought, as they tend to say. This we did at the end of September 2024 so you may wish to check out the bi-wheels, if you have a moment.

Of course, hopefully there will be results from the 2024 Election prior to the swearing in of the 119th Congress so the identity of the House Speaker will be known even if Tr*mp's sore loser disputes continue as expectably they will. And of course, Hakeem Jeffries is the new Speaker only if the victor is Kamala Harris!

A quirky way to predict Election 2024?

So many astrologers, so many methods to forecast the winner of Election 2024! Or at least ways to describe the trends therein. One premium factor to consider is the New Moon prior to the Election which just perfected this morning @9Sco35 at 8:47:06 am edt. And basically, it's a Lunar Return to the 2017 Inauguration Moon with its "unforgettable ties."

Well, this post presents a rather quirky or unorthodox method regarding the Election using Composite/Davison horoscopes and utilizing the midpoint pictures that form from the composite horoscopes for both Kamala Harris and for Donald Trump blended with the Election 2024 chart. Please note that if other astrologers have used this method for election outcomes, I am unaware of it; they may inform me if they wish!

Because combining (averaging) each individual's natal horoscope with the Election Day 2024 (November 5th) Horoscope (here I'm using 8:00 pm est charts but have also checked Election Day at 8:00 am and the moment that Election Day Moon reaches 00Cap00:00 at 10:17:17 am est) produces midpoint pictures that reveal, not so much a victor, but shows the conditions and the atmosphere that result if VP Harris wins the office, vs a Herr Trump "win".

So below for your consideration are the composite midpoint pictures with astro-notes penned on; hopefully, my scribbles are readable. Rather than a predictive method, the pictures reveal trends and conditions for VP Harris and for Tr*mp - if or when each 2024 candidate wins the White House, and, despite an extended period of dispute with one candidate already calling the 2024 Election "rigged" against him, my sincere hope for America is that the positive expressions, highlighted in blue, will prevail for the sake of the common good - and for freedom from oppression:

Also a must for best results: a blue tsunami of voters for both House and Senate!

Recommended: read the plutonic, draconian, power-crazed Project 2025 agenda intended to destroy our social safety net programs (as economic royalists have determined to do since FDR created them), purge, imprison, and/or execute Americans including civil servants, exile or imprison blue voters, dissolve the US Constitution and our rights with it, bring hardship and loss to the populace, crash the US economy and shove crypto-currency upon the banking system while draining the National Treasury dry via El*n Mu*k, and commit more criminal mayhem however they wish. Oh! And they wish to return the entire world to a Dark Age feudal system of enslavement, misery, and monarchy.

And should their nazi-style agenda be implemented, Put*n and other enemies of America would be so pleased with their anti-democracy handiwork.

George Washington's Cosmic Ascension - and Donald's?

The famous fresco painted by Constantino Brumidi, The Apotheosis of George Washington, was completed in the eye of the dome of the Capitol Building rotunda on Jupiterian Capitol Hill in 1865. Now, with the ongoing attempt to morph Trump into "The Chosen One" by his nibs himself and by reckless religious types whose goals are power, control, and extreme wealth, it's not much of a stretch to imagine the 1865 rotunda dome fresco suddenly updated to "uplift" Herr T as the rightful star of the mythological panoply - if he and his comrades manage to finagle the White House in November.

A (Death) Cult of Personality to Idolize

Vengeful Donald and his brutal purging agenda they call Project 2025 (a blueprint for fascism) cannot win the popular vote but the confusion now being sown in the states is how they intend to "justify" the 2024 election results being tossed to the House of Representatives for a decision. If so, each state would have one vote and thanks to gerrymandering and other tactics, there are more red states than blue in 2024. Of course, the win-at-any-cost Maga plan echoes the chicanery that put Rutherford B. Hayes in the White House.

As you see, there are planetary contacts containing potentials between their charts including: Jupiter-Pluto (a thrust for power; building the big picture; establishing new perspectives; keeping in control), Jupiter-Neptune (the grand spirit; idealism; feeling special; religiousness; tricky legalisms; scandal), Mars-IC (change of status; recognition for one's basic qualities), and their Nodal Axes in opposition, denoting the separation of years between them (1732--1946), and their opposing goals and/or directions - across the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity (Mercury-Jupiter: thoughts about the spirit).

Now if their Nodal opposition means that Washington's direction was upward, while Trump's is downward, this makes sense to me if not to you! After all, Donald is a scoundrel, liar, and a predator, while George Washington valued integrity and was born with the Sun in the sign of the Two Fishes (depicted in pencil above), one swimming upward toward the heights, the other swimming downward into the depths of degradation. To me this signifies that if an apotheosis should ever be attempted for America's Albatross, it will be fraudulent.

An Honorable President vs The Other Kind

And so at least one cosmic time link exists between what the Aryan Magas are trying to do with Election 2024 - and it's what they had planned for Election 2020 (Peter Navarro called it The Green Bay Sweep) but oops! Trump's mob outside the Capitol Building breached the Masonic edifice on January 6, 2021 and Donald's Maga coup attempt went haywire. For hours later, the Electoral College Votes were certified for President Joe Biden after all, and Donald has been pouting, whining, and lying ever since.

For he must condition his gullible voters for more whoppers to come and the unquestioning acceptance of the underhanded tactics that are necessary to steal Election 2024 for god-in-his-own-mind, the kingly dictator wanna-be, Donald Trump - as he continues promoting the primal violence and retribution of Pluto of the Underworld across the land.

Perhaps you've seen this: Laura Loomer Promotes 9/11 Conspiracy After Joining Trump at Event Commemorating Attacks (HuffPost).

Meanwhile, on the Wikipedia page of "Republican" conspiracy theorist and Trump advisor Laura Loomer we find her birthdate listed as May 21, 1993 in Tucson, Arizona.

It has been reported that Ms. Loomer flew with Trump to the September 10th Harris-Trump Debate in Philadelphia during which Trump aired the dog-and-cat-eaters-of-Springfield, Ohio, a racist-based conspiracy theory that I'm told got its start via Trump's VP sidekick, JD Vance whose natal Sun @10Leo conjuncts Trump's 12th house Pluto = Mars-Saturn midpoint of fury, destruction, death, and intervention by a higher power. Mr. Vance's Sun at apex of Mars-Saturn suggests a weakened condition, and as we know, Trump has said he doesn't "talk" to Vance. Hmmm!

Born Near an Eclipse: An Eventful Life

Meanwhile, Laura Loomer is an eclipse baby because on May 21, 1993, a Solar Eclipse in the 13 South Saros Series occurred so I'm displaying here her speculative natal horoscope (birth time unknown) in the form of the 1993 13 South Eclipse set for her birth location of Tucson, AZ with 13S themes listed, below; also listed on the chart, upper right corner, is Loomer's Mars-Saturn midpoint opposed by her Pluto in Scorpio (fanaticism), a cosmic echo of these energies that lurk in Trump's 12th house, as noted:

Election 2016 and Election 2024 Midpoint Picture Potentials

Well, today I've printed out a curious little graphic showing the Election 2016 and Election 2024 midpoint pictures with potentials as they stood and will stand at 8:00 pm est Washington DC on November 8, 2016 and November 5, 2024. This post is inspired by the fact that a few political wags have suggested that Election 2024 resembles Election 2016 in certain respects based on their political views and information.

However, yours truly must be primarily dependent upon planetary horoscopes and historical trends which resonate with Eclipse Cycles, other cosmic informants such as the Venus Cycle, plus, a smattering of listening to and reading the news, unsettling as it often is.

Other sources include certain podcasts and one of my favorites is by a plain-speaking New Yorker, David Feldman, whose current episode is a don't-miss in my political playbook: Trump Now Makes the Race about Race (You may need to 'rewind'.) Well, of course he does! And this the day prior to the September 10th Harris-Trump Debate (horoscope shown). You know, for a primitive Uranian, Mr. T really is quite predictable.

Admittedly, there is one cosmic factoid in particular that I do not care for at all: that the Predictive New Moon Prior to Election 2024 @9Scorpio is basically a Moon Return to Inauguration 2017's Moon position. Of course, at best this may only symbolize Trump voters from 2016 coming back into the cultish fold - likely because they're afaid not to.

Now that spoiler candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr (aka, "Bob" or "Bobbie") has joined Trump's 2024 Campaign, we should probably take a look at a bi-wheel of their natal charts to check for planetary contacts between them.

The obvious one is JFK Jr's Jupiter Rx @17Gem20 conjunct Trump's 10th house Uranus 17Gem53, his guiding planet of chaos, disruption, and radical action due to its oriental position (last to rise before his Gemini Sun).

Other planetary links between them are shown in the Cancer/Capricorn and Leo areas of the Zodiac including RFK Jr's Pluto Rx @24Leo24 conjunct DJT's rising Mars (see planetary pairs, below). Perhaps the bi-wheel of their natal charts may be worth keeping around as we careen toward the November 5th Election, or maybe not. Their union may, in part, depend on how jealous running mate JD Vance becomes. But don't even think about a menage a trois!

America's Albatross meets with Maga Congress! June 13, 2024

On Thursday June 13, 2024, Donald Trump returned to what folks describe as "the scene of the crime" (his J6 coup attempt) when he met with Republican congress members in order to gage certain things about himself. Yesterday was actually his Zodiacal birthday (78-yo) as you see listed, lower left corner.

Meanwhile, agent orange is now in a stage of figuring out how to make his brutal ideas and plans against America more popular with his intended victims, millions of whom will be voting in the November Election. Sans all the GOP's cheating tactics, the orange marauder, planning a massive purge of US society, might lose the presidency which will make his wealthy backers and foreign handlers extremely angry with him. Then who knows what they'll perpetrate upon him, all that money spent for nothing, and egg on their dumb faces.

Besides, such a planned purge of US society would have to be massive due to the huge number of Americans who despise him and his "policies" - those who "stand in his way" of completing idol Herr Adolf's vision of world domination. And he's being aided by "church people" (aka, ethno-Christian fascists), no less! You'll note Cupido (The Family-The Syndicate-Corporatism) conjunct aggressive Mars @3Tau16 in 9th house: thugs in the House of Congress!

Well, America's albatross, premiere con man, and convicted felon is nothing if not a malicious schemer with his natal Mercury-Neptune square, this we know.

So above is a bi-wheel of yesterday morning's transits on Capitol Hill, a symbolically timed horoscope set for the moment that Trump's natal Mars @26Leo46 rises, and transit Uranus sits upon his natal Midheaven ('MC"), the Aspiration Point of any horoscope - surrounded by the generally accepted Trump natal chart.

Of course, this shows the transit of Uranus-square-natal-Mars for him, an unpredictable period when relationships are troublesome (see his need for feedback and for ideas on how to make his ideas more popular, lower right corner!), work habits are erratic, a change of life direction arrives, and a time when his progress can be impeded by a crowd (of Biden voters?). As you know, the Mars-Uranus duo is known for such activities as radical military involvement (militias on stand-by), viol*nce, and attack.

Other than this, conditions have become riskier and I'd rather refer you to the astro-notes penned on the image rather than typing more such potentials in this text. You understand, I'm sure.

Trump Trial May 30-31, 2024

A few of my study notes are sprinkled about and, as you see, the currently operative Great American Eclipse in the 8 North Saros Series (@19Ari24; April 8, 2024) will top the chart on Friday May 31st with its "dreams and visions" themes in The Goal Point position.

Meanwhile, wounded healer Chiron's presence - also a symbol of a blindspot - continues, and I believe is one of the 'stars' of this legal situation as a lifelong criminal is finally held to account and representing America's wound (racism and all!) - yet for some citizens, Chiron in Aries is their blindspot. Plus, transit Chiron is within process of America's Chiron Return (20Ari08) this very year. Importantly, Chiron also symbolizes the Christ archetype in Astrology which brings in the religious contentiousness now occurring in the US.

Saturn-Neptune: the illness axis of depressed, needy people

Significantly, both days contain Saturn-Neptune with Moon connotations although in a different order from today until Friday and the midpoint pictures' potentials are penned next to each horoscope. A notable cosmic echo is the fact that Baby Donald was born with ASC = Saturn-Neptune (oppressive environment) and now at trial there are strong suggestions of pathological depression, pessimism, and despair involved.

When we glance askance at 2017 and 2018 events in the US with Mr. Trump more or less "manning" the helm of our country, we soon stumble across Paul Manafort who offered his skills for free as "campaign chair" for Trump's 2016 campaign, serving from June 20 to August 19, 2016.

For as you know, then as now, espionage via "collusion" with Russia was part of the atmosphere, many books and articles were published, and soon legal storm clouds formed for Manafort - and in July 2017, the FBI raided his home. Then in October 2017, Manafort, an unregistered foreign agent, and his business associate Rick Gates, were indicted and arrested on multiple charges which included money laundering and election interference (two of Trump's "talents").

Ultimately, with legal attempts to hold the lawbreaker accountable only partially successful, Trump pardoned his scofflaw pal (birds of a feather) and Manafort managed to escape the "long arm of the law."

In recent posts yours truly has been known to fuss over how The Apprentice TV show (2004) gave NY playboy Donald a major opportunity to promote the rumor that he was a "successful businessman." If you still believe this absurd fallacy, then reading Stars Over Washington may not be for you! This is your cue to skedaddle away for best results.

Because for one thing, the good people of New York City knew then and know now that Donald was a mobbed-up "contractor" and a deadbeat in the success and finance departments. Unless we count his experience with money laundering for various entities.

Yes, it was NBC's "reality" TV show that ultimately led to Donald's 2016 campaign for the presidency and, aided by Russia, wealthy corporatists, and a hype-believing public, Donald managed to coup the White House as if he'd won the 2016 Election. And you know the rest.

NBC: A Subsidiary of Comcast

My point is that these twisted political conditions have angered me into a snit of miffdom ever since the orange blighter rode the escalator on the morning of June 16, 2015 at the Gemini New Moon and had someone pay a casting-call audience below to listen to his bigoted swill. Therefore, I must consider The Apprentice's creator Mark Burnett (follow the link, above) partially responsible for the anti-democracy campaign against America and the American people, while a large amount of blame for our predicament must also fall upon NBC, nowadays a subsidiary of Comcast.

Therefore, above is a Horoscope of the 13 South Solar Eclipse which influenced the April 19, 1939 founding of NBC TV. (NBC Radio was founded earlier on June 19, 1926 under the influence of an 18 South Eclipse of endings, partings, grief), but it's the TV division of NBC now starring in this fussy post. Of course, you notice that 1939 is the year that World War Two began when Naz* Herr Adolf invaded Poland.

Now as you can see, 13 South themes are listed on the chart, compliments of Bernadette Brady, and include some sinister energy underneath. Plus, there's a revealing square from Pluto (opposing US 1776 Pluto in Capricorn which also squares the eclipse); potentials are listed on the chart. Activist Mars @15Capricorn leads a Locomotive shape of the planets (the ruthless executive), and don't miss Saturn in Aries at Midheaven, too (see upper right corner). The two planets (actors) were possibly a team since they're in friendly Mutual Reception with one another, and Mars is exalted in Capricorn.

Then there's mass media planet Neptune Rx @21Vir01 conjunct Denebola (going against society) so basically Neptune is in process of performing a US Neptune Return (@22Vir25 in 1776) which suggests a confusing period when ideals can shift or be shifted by propaganda and/or advertising, and the mass employment situation wasn't going well as WWII was brewing abroad and the Great Depression was ruining lives.

Now in addition, the 13 South Eclipse of 1939 @28Ari43 conjoined fixed star Mirach ("girdle" of the Princess in the Andromeda Constellation with its restrictive Saturnian nature and Venusuian flavor: the ladies). Then to me, the Uranus-Midas conjunction (see below) suggests the network's (and other media outlets) tendency to create massive fortunes thanks to the radical activities of Uranus the zealous chaos-creator (ex: the J6 coup attempt, ongoing; and the old "if it bleeds, it leads" mantra of news outlets) while simultaneously taking advantage of the quirky planet's novel, innovative creative content that entertains, surprises, and delights the public - or, stirs up the masses, positively or negatively.

Plus, you also notice the Earth Grand Trine in the 13 South horoscope, a protective, creative closed circuit of energies beween Mars-Uranus-Neptune with radical planet Uranus @16Taurus conjunct gold-loving Midas, as noted, and pointing ahead toward the position of radical reactionary Uranus @16Taurus conjunct the 2022 Midterms Lunar Eclipse when rabid Maga-ites managed to infest the US House of Representatives, spouting their Russian talking points and sporting AR-15 lapel pins. Certain corporations have financially supported this - see corporate Cupido in 4th house,.

Then perhaps you remember that a German Media Baron supported the rise of Hitl*r who thought he should rule the world. Oh the compensating absurdity of some men's massive egos.

In closing, you've probably seen ProPublica's updated list of corporations that vowed to suspend their financial support of J6 politicians just after the 2021 attack yet a number of them have continued supporting election denial after all. You'll easily spy Comcast at number 5.

When Donald Reached For "Pie in the Sky"

Shown below, for your consideration is the Solar Eclipse Horoscope of NBC's The Apprentice which perfected November 23, 2003 @1Sag13:57 NYC in the 5 New South Saros Series set for NYC. At Midheaven: Mars-Neptune = Uranus: "Reaching for 'pie in the sky'; energetically following one's dream" (N. Tyl). As you know, the "reality" TV show was Donald's publicity-infused launching pad for his eventual run in 2016 for the White House.

Then curiously, what turned out to be his "prez bid" New Moon of June 16, 2015 @25Gemini": "A Man Trimming Palms" rises at 8:00 pm est; plus, the novelty-loving planet of anarchy and technology, Uranus @00Pisces, conjuncts Midheaven ('MC': The Goal Point) and is apex of the Mars-Neptune midpoint (see the Horoscope for midpoint potentials):

Now as you know, all eclipses are karmic in nature, may disrupt earthly events, and spark changes of direction similar to the action of unpredictable Uranus. Eclipse themes are always a consideration so 5 New South Eclipse themes are penned on the above chart.

Significantly, erratic Uranus squares the Eclipse which denotes an uncaring attitude toward humanity along with radical activities (R. Lineman). Both these potentials have been demonstrated in recent years by the fellow in question, as you may agree. And for obvious reasons, Donald's "successful businessman" image promoted on The Apprentice supported him on this quest to play the POTUS role although the image is somewhat threadbare now. An additional Uranian note is that Trump's natal 10th house Uranus @18Gemini is oriental so 'the sky god' is his guiding planet of chaos and disruption - the voices in his fantasy-prone head.

A Sagittarius Eclipse: Trump's Moon-South-Node Sign

When a solar eclipse manifests in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius, the cosmic spotlight is cast upon frankness and enthusiasm, yet negatively there are issues of false optimism, misguided beliefs, and midirected idealism (such as are seen with the idolatry of cult leaders and the Big Lie of you-know-who). In 6th house the eclipse emphasis is on compatibility in the work space and work ethic. No certainty on such a possibility.

The Apprentice: Money, Power, Fame

Now I've never watched an episode of the show so to set up a Horoscope of the first airing of The Apprentice (or, 'Celebrity Apprentice'--is there a difference?), I've speculatively selected 8:00 pm est (January 8, 2004) because Trump's natal Mars and Ascendant rise and his 10th house of Career and Public Status is suitably atop the horoscope.

Yet if the show's go-time was later than 8:00 pm, we can surmise that a staffer was touching up his orange makeup, powdering his wig around that time, or maybe changing his diaper (staffer Noel Casler has called him DiaperDon). Adjust the hour as you wish, dear reader, for the initial show may have been taped anyway.

Then another factor is the show's creator, Mark Burnett (July 17, 1960 London, UK), who along with wife Roma Downey, is responsible for producing unusual religious content including the film Son of God, an exercise in "presenting another Jesus," or "reinventing" Him. That's a no-go around here! I found Burnett's association with the film by searching for his name and Opus Dei, if that tells us anything about the anti-democracy forces aligned against America. You'll remember that Trump's AG Bill Barr, legendary fixer of legal jams, is said to be a member of the secretive Catholic organization, as are other public figures - some are involved in skewing the US Supreme Court toward right-wing authoritarianism and successfully overturning Roe v Wade.

Between Two Horoscopes "The Cruelty Is the Point"

A few days ago a controversial comparison of natal planets appeared here in the form of a question concerning two individuals who have been compared to one another in the press so I wondered what Astrology might have to say about them in bi-wheel form.

Today on SO'W comes another comparison between natal planets from 1946 to 1740, inspired by the obvious sadism now trying to make a comeback in American society and politics, and across the globe. And in the US it's lifted up by one political party in particular by strong-armed paternalism, misogyny, and holier-than-thou religious dominionism driving their anti-societal demands - in the minority though they are.

So undoubtedly, when it comes to the Republican Party (or what used to pass for it before "maga" took control), you've heard political pundits and others intone that the cruelty is the point. We can look directly at the GOP/Heritage Foundation plan to implement their Project 2025 agenda if a maga-lover should finagle the White House in November 2024 as a ready example of their cruel intentions which they've actually written down for all to read - as if their plan is inevitable! But it isn't.

Cruelty: The GOP War On Compassion

As you noticed years ago, the GOP's old "compassionate conservatism" was merely a political slogan used to gaslight voters into submission. Presently, the damage from SCOTUS' Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v Wade has led to cruel schemes, loss, and denial of medical care against American women and their pregnancies while threatening doctors and others with fines and prison terms for showing compassion and decency.

Meanwhile, the destructive energies and interference in people's medical decisions by paternalistic politicians grievously affect women and their family members but cold-hearted politicians and their backers don't care. And you know about the huge scandal of the moment which tells a sadistic tale: "bad*ss" Kristi Noem's easy execution of her dog, goat, and possibly other animals. Her chance at being selected for a VP run has apparently disintegrated - not because of the cruelty of her actions but because of the media storm it caused.

For after all, as we see via "30 Sagittarius," The Pope Blesses the Faithful, yes? So the order of the day is, control through cruelty, manipulate through fear: in a word, sadism:

Jupiter-Chiron Extremism Then and Now

So above you see a second planetary comparison between a certain two individuals, probably again on the controversial side. Therefore, one of the names has been disguised to protect the guilty, and study notes are penned on including Jupiter-Chiron conjunctions in both charts which indicate their shared extremism and zealotry, with taboo-breaking involved as well. Add to this various factors that suggest tendencies toward violence and anti-social behavior which appear around and between the natal horoscopes. Plus, 1740 Jupiter conjuncts 1946 Uranus, a contact which suggests a meeting of two minds!

Then as you see in the bi-wheel, the emphasis is on their shared Gemini and Cancer placements which include very close aspects both men have with Venus-Saturn conjunctions in Cancer, an aspect of discontent in relationships, although some measure of longevity in unions may also occur.
