Born November 14, 1908 3:00 pm (hour may have been rounded off; RR: AA) Grand Chute, Wisconsin, little Joseph McCarthy with his Sun Scorpio-Moon Leo personality blend grew to occupy a seat in the US Senate from which he destroyed lives, attacked the US government, but ultimately reached his Waterloo by accusing the US Army of Communist infiltration, and army officers of turning a blind eye to it.
