Winter Solstice 2025 Horoscope
Double Capricorn = Double Saturn and Double Earth
Looks like a Saturnian season of practical financial and investment matters taking precedence - no surprise considering the looting of our National Treasury, other economic scams and schemes hatched in Washington DC, and job losses.
So let's consider a few details for the Sun Capricorn-Moon Capricorn blend from The Harveys' Sun Sign-Moon Sign (#ad):
First a quote from a past British suffragette, Victoria Lidiard, born December 23, 1889 under this Saturnian blend, for she makes a timely point for our day of toxic paternalism and misogyny:
"The opposition to the ordination of women is just the same opposition as when we fought for the vote...I don't mind people giving reasons, but not stupid prejudices."
Yes, this is a pragmatic blend that likes to get a grip on reality, something society sorely needs now, as you may agree, dear reader. However, authoritative, even autocratic vibes are often included along with a lop-sided focus on self-advancement - nothing we're not already seeing from certain pathologically inclined politicians. Pious self-righteousness is also a feature of Double Capricorn energies adding religious fervor and a tendency to critically judge other people from a high perch.
Then mixed with issues of wealth, its gain and loss, it's expectable that plotting and scheming will continue under this Saturnian blend of conscious and unconscious energies so let's close this post with the Harveys' Image for Integration for Sun Cap-Moon Cap:

Nov 9, 2025: Mercury Rx @6Sag51 until December 16th

Today just a quick posting of a dual chart of today's Mercury Station as The Messenger, planet of trade, commerce, and young folks, turns retrograde (Rx) @6Sag51:42 at 2:01:39 pm est with 9Pis29 and South Node rising in Washington DC. As you see, a gracious helping of astro-notes are penned on for the curious reader.
Then upper right you see a DC Horoscope set for the December 16th transit when Mercury returns to today's Rx degree, thereby leaving its own shadow period and moving ahead in time for Winter Solstice 2025 and Christmas 2025.
(Mea culpa: upper right corner contains a midpoint picture that belongs with today's November 9th horoscope, and not the December chart):
